Best experience I could ask for. I was about to sign up with another company and I was not happy with the experience from the other solar company. Firefly solar went above and beyond they installed everything how I wanted. They helped me fight my Homeowners association. I don’t believe any other company would have taken that challenge on with me. I’ve very thankful for the staff. Customer service was amazing from the sales (James) to the office (Jessica) you made the experience awesome.Firefly Solar

After numerous proposals from different Solar companies it was very clear this company was the most genuine and honest. The premium panels came with longer warranties and less cost than the other 7 proposals that did not offer premium products. The installation is done by Firefly installers and not sub contracted out so this company really does stand by the work they do. The installation crew were all very sweet, and the boys went beyond what was expected as the boys even helped me with some things outside of the job scope. I was the annoying customer with daily questions and was treated like royalty by the entire team. Any home improvement job tends to be stressful but getting solar was exciting, and even fun. I don't normally do reviews but this company deserves a perfect 10. Our system has been up since 2018 and I love having $30 bills instead of $400. I'm able to monitor the amount of energy produced and comparing my bill I know I can expect my new energy cost to be almost nothing. We are very happy customers and will be happy to talk to anyone considering going solar with Firefly about our experience.Firefly Solar

Very good experience from beginning to end. The salesman was very informative and available for questions, the installation teams were efficient and professional. Have the panels for one month now and everything is great so far. Would highly recommend.Firefly Solar

We've had amazing experience with Firefly. Starting with our first point of contact Ron, he was super excellent and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all out questions, we'd so many questions and he clarified all with detailed information & with supporting facts too. And he was available even after signing the contract and updating us for each step. Even after we've system up & running now and we have some questions & he is easily available still (unlike other sales people). I would suggest starting a discussion with Ron if you've thinking about going Solar.
Firefly's installation crew was on the same line, they were awesome and also answered all my silly questions patiently. They were so great that I'd email the company as well about their work perfection & friendliness.
Jeremiah & Hope from the Firefly's office were amazing too. They made the process so simple that it removes the stress from the customer's mind. They were very quick to file the necessary paperwork with the respective agencies and even with the holiday season (Nov/Dec) they got things rolling & got approvals as well.
If I'd the selection to rate more than 5 stars, I would happily do that for this company. Highly highly recommended.Firefly Solar
