The worst TV in the WORLD. 4 years of calling tech support due to it loosing it's sound, or the volume taking over and constantly going up to 100 without you turning it up. After constant calling for help.....the TV is dead. Lasted 4 years but constant problems.Element Electronics

They are horrible at responding and getting you taken care of I’ve been trying to get a refund for 3 months now and they keep saying that they are waiting on finance to cut a check which is a lie when they already supposedly sent a check in the first place.Element Electronics

My experience with Element Electronics.
Purchased a Element Brand Tv at the end of 2022. What I wanted in a tv before I purchased. 4k, WiFi connectivity, Warranty, and
streaming channels, where I can connect my cable, 4k blue ray . Etc. I thought I had made a good smart investment. worked perfectly until after 2 months
( Tv screen black). Was really curious into why this happened. Called Customer Service as we tried over the phone to resolve this like resetting my tv couldn’t get it to work. Further action was to take it into a repair shop to get it fixed. That process was simple . my hopes up on getting my tv back so I can experience 4k again . TV repair shop was unable to fix it . I filed my claim was informed it was going to get replaced or either a claim check. Was Sad ?? about not being able to get a replacement Tv. Told me that claim check was going to be mailed soon, Well It has been over several weeks and yet nothing. response back with them
( takes a few days , or even a week ) just to hear the same thing over and over check is going to get mailed out . I really am disappointed on how this is up ending up like this . This is not what I thought on how purchasing a tv would be like . This has been very time consuming and a bit upsetting on how the way filing a claim would become . No check yet . And this goes beyond $$ . I shouldn’t have to let my personal business out for people to read . It’s about business and customers coming up with better resolutions.Element Electronics

Shame on ********************** for making cheap products that stop working in just over a year if people are paying more then $200. Terrible. TV worked for 1 month. Contacted customer services. They took 3 months to do anything at all. TV was for a bedroom maybe it was used for one hour a day if that. I still don’t have a replacement. One excuse after another and still waiting
They insisted I send them back the TV and then they would replace the new one with a refurbished replacement. I did, and still I’m waiting for the replacement. The latest is there isn’t any TV’S in their warehouse to send me. They would let me know when they are back in stock.
So I’m other words don’t buy an Element TV. They don’t work, and the Customer Service STINKS!!!Element Electronics

1 starThis company is a scam. I purchased a TV from ******* on 02/04/2023, TV stopped working on 03/06/2023 ******* directed me to ONN warranty for replacement. It is now 03/22/2023 and I still don't have a replacement. They wanted me to go to a repair place two hours away, for a $200 TV, I don't think so!!! They have been telling me for two weeks they will send a replacement and nothing has happened. They tell me everyday they will be sending shipping information however nothing has been done. Not to mention you can never speak to any one they communicate by email. So basically I'm out of $200. don't buy any of their products. 1 starI bought Onn ******* 65 brand/model television in 2020, trusting its brand, this television has not been used for more than 1 year due to my mother's cancer treatment because we were out of the state and two weeks ago, the television suddenly turned off and does not turn on in any way. I contacted customer service by e-mail address and they did not help me in any way. If we are going to buy a television in a few years, then why should I choose the ONN tv brand, and this brand does not stand behind the product it sells in any way. I also told the customer service that before I chose this brand, my friend told me that these products break down quickly and they don't stand behind the product when something happens, and that's really what happened. My friend's TV was the same, and the ******* brand immediately changed it under the name of customer satisfaction. I expected the same from this brand. If we are going to buy a television every two years and ONN TV will not stand behind the product it sells, why should I choose you? As a customer, I am not satisfied at all and I do not recommend it to anyone. I will contact the senior managers of ********** where I bought the product, and let them know that the company of the product they sell does not stand behind them in any way and that they do not help their customers and that they should not sell branded products. I learned that these products can deteriorate quickly compared to the quality of the parts used, even without customer error, and as ********************** TV, they own the product under the name of customer satisfaction, you bought it in 2020, there is nothing to do, what could be worse than their not taking care of you because you need to find a local repairman. I will share this situation I live with on all social media, no one earns money easily and no one has to change their television every 2 years. Horrible! Once I received a claim number they won't answer or return my calls.
I bought my Granddaughter a TV for her room. She used it for a month...screen was black death. Did all the troubleshooting 4 times. I left 4 messages and wrote 2 emails. They had the gall to ask me to rate their customer service.
"You are very important to us. Please hold while we connect your call"

1. First and last name
2. Phone number
3. A copy of the proof of purchase/receipt. Please see the example below.
4. A full-screen photo of the front of the unit while turned on (including power indicator light)
5. A full-screen photo of the back of the unit
6. A close-up photo of the back of the unit showing a clear view of the Element nameplate with the serial and the model number of the television.
7. Shipping address: Please help us with the correct spelling of your street name and add the appropriate street suffix. For Ex: Ave, Rd, St, Ln, Dr, Way, Pl, Blvd, or Hwy.
Ensure the Physical number of your home and Zipcode are correct.
Please ensure to include the Apartment number if applicable. Note: Please ensure to provide any change of address that takes place during the claims process.
Upon receipt of this documentation, you will receive an email notifying you of the next steps in the warranty claim process.
