      My experience with this company so far is HORRENDOUS. The bottom bottle shelf on the door of my refrigerator cracked and I have been looking all over for a replacement. Element continuously refers me to the place it was purchased. I live in a large apartment complex and the landlord does not have a record of where it came from. Despite explaining this multiple times and requesting alternate resolution options I have not gotten anywhere with Element Electronics on the phone, via email or chat.

      Horrible company, spent much time on internet and phone trying to get product registered but they won't register it for extended warranty if you don't have a cell phone. More tech discrimination.
      I have no cell service, landline tv, radio or anything out here in the country of Oregon, but many neighbors and all too close. I need it to block out the noise all day and night. That is because in OR you have no right to peace and quiet.
      Anyway the TV was glichy as could be, wouldn't connect, would keep flipping back to main menu and kept losing audio and all this happened every day so it was returned and never will I or anyone I know ever waste time on element again

      Worst company ever. The Customer Service is horrible! Bought 70 inch tv in October and it died in December. Went 24 days with no answers from the company but kept redirecting me to call back to a line that is not monitored. Do not buy their products they are cheap for a reason and they do nit back their warranty.

      I purchased the Element Roku 70 inch television November 2020. Today, December 16, 2022 the TV screen went completely black. I could hear when I turned it off and on but nothing appeared on the screen. After going online to find out there was a production issue with the software and the problem I’m experiencing has been common as a result. I decided to exhaust all online methods such as unplugging and hard resetting the TV before reaching out to Element for additional help.
      At first, I tried online but couldn’t connect to an agent. Then I called to which the customer care rep walked me through the same step I had already done reading the online articles.
      Once that didn’t work, I expressed to her that there’s a product issue on their end and I shouldn’t be at fault for a faulty product. She preceded to say that’s all she can do over the phone before saying I was out of warranty and then hanging up in my face.
      On top of this poorly made product, the customer service at best is a zero. Now I’m out of a TV in a 2 year time span. They should be embarrassed for their poor product and lack of decency to compensate properly.

      Hello Sunnie. We are sorry to hear the TV is no longer working. We have your case in our system and see the TV was purchased 11/03/2020 and registered it in December of 2022. We are so sorry but this is past the 2-year warranty, plus it would of needed to be registered within the first 90 days of purchase. Again, so sorry to hear of this.

      If you are considering buying an Onn ********* you need to know that no matter what warranty they off you, they **** NOT honor it in any way. ***************** if you can reach them, are just robots telling you to unplug or reset the tv. On repeat. They are well aware that their tvs are junk and continue offloading them on their ******** victims. I'm sure the class action suit is coming soon.

      I bought a 75 inch tv this January. It recently broke and is completely blank. No sign of turning off or on. Nothing. We've went back and forth through email with the claims department they asked for pictures of the front and the back of the TV, our address and all of our information. We complied and gave all information necessary including our address. We live in the state of Pennsylvania. They told me that I need to take it to a repair man in Florida. This is so frustrating especially after online chatting with one of your team members and getting information that repairs are not done on televisions that are of that size. I'm frustrated and sick of being with out a tv, and I DEFINITELY will never put myself in the position again to ever have to deal with this company. I understand that appliances break and are faulty. What I don't understand is how impossible it is to talk to somebody to handle this for me.

      I purchased a refrigerator from element electronics a little over a year ago. It never really worked properly, but at first with lower side of fridge set to the coldest temperature, and the freezer set to warmest temperature, I could only get lower side to about 42 degrees Fahrenheit, but the freezer was well below freezing (which I don't like my ice cream that hard)... Now 14 months later, fridge is 48 degrees and freezer 12 degrees F, both at max setting.. I like my freezer at 28*F and fridge at 36*F which was not possible even when brand new.... I called Element Electronics and got a recording saying that all representatives are currently busy which lasted about 5 minutes then went to a dial tone... I tried on-line chat and after filling in name and email, it would not advance.. It just asked for my name and email again, in a loop.. So then I called Haun Appliance in Tulsa, OK where I bought it and they said that since I bought it over a year ago, they would not help me, but they gave me a different phone number to Element Electronics.. So I called that number and a foreigner answered (probably an out of country call center) he took my name and email address and said they would call me back..(he didn't ask for my phone number) Well, they haven't called me back yet.. The warranty states that it had a 1 year warranty BUT if I register it within 90 days of purchase, that warranty would extend to 2 years.. I did register it 2 days after purchase.. I have all paperwork, all email correspondence, all online chat while registering it, saved on my laptop (paperwork I physically have it with me).. Bottom line: fridge will not get cold enough at max setting AND freezer is way to cold when set for coldest fridge... ie: freezer set at max warmest and fridge max coldest neither side will do the right thing...They claim it is frost free but it builds up ice in freezer real bad.. I'm 60 years old and this is, by far the worst ice box I ever had..

      Update:
      Thanks to your help, Element Electronics gave me a full refund. My last communication with them was by phone. The representative asked me what the symptoms were on the faulty refrigerator, after I told him, he said it was probably a faulty air duct seal internally.
      I will continue buying other merchandise from them. We have their TV's that we buy from *******.
      I learned a lot during this ordeal, and not just about refrigerators......

      I purchased a 70 inch element tv. That stopped working suddenly one day. The tv is blinking a red light and will not power on. I did all the troubleshooting problems and nothing worked. I've been contacting customer service for days and no response. I was told it will be a 3 mins wait which needed up to be a 20mins hold time. I was then transferred to a voicemail line. This product was registered and still under the two year warranty. I would like my tv repaired or replaced.

      Hello Shannia, sorry to hear the TV is out. The TV had to be registered with in 90 days of purchase to have the free two-year warranty. The TV was registered in August of 2022. The one-year warranty expired 12/06/2021. You may be able to take it to a near by UBreakiFix store and they will do out of warranty repair.

      Purchased a TV 5/25/22 and it went out, it no longer turns on. I called element and left a message and left my return phone number and no response. They do not answer the phone note returns calls. I want my money back!!!
