For months, I had a dispute with the school on the amount owed. Once that was determined, I started paying the Loan with Zuntafi Student Loans entity who I signed a contract with for an account ending in ***** Zuntafi Student Loans charged the incorrect amount and to cover up their mistake they transferred the missing part of my loan to another entity in their company that had worse repayment terms than the one I agreed upon with the Student Loan entity. For example, the student loan side payments were 72 a month over the span of years which is normal in the Student Loan space. The Consumer Services entity sent a bill for like $500 a month for 12 months which I never signed up for or would have agreed to being a student. I never had a contract or signed anything with Zuntafi Consumer Services which is a different company. I am requesting that they verify the correct balance owed with the school and provide me with the Student Loan terms that were agreed upon when taking the loan. Even if that means 2 Student Loans. I should not have to pay 2 different companies monthly especially if I never signed anything with that company.Business Response

ZuntaFi is
currently managing two accounts for the consumer; (i) loan from the originating
lender certified for cost of attendance and (ii) a balance owed to the school
for the cost of attendance that exceeded the initial loan. ZuntaFi previously
received a refund from the school in the amount of $18,000 to be applied to the
loan from the originating lender. The refund was received and applied
effective 12/21/2023. ZuntaFi has requested and received an account
statement from the school of which additional time is needed to evaluate and

Our office has completed an
investigation of the complaint submitted to our office by the consumer. ZuntaFi
is the loan servicer and is currently servicing two accounts for the consumer related
to their attendance at US Aviation Academy:
(1) a student loan funded by the originating lender and (2) a separate
account reflecting a balance owed directly to the school for their enrollment
period that was not paid with the student loan. Both accounts are serviced by ZuntaFi and
handled by separate departments; (1) student loan department and (2) consumer
loan department.
As part of the complaint
investigation, ZuntaFi requested and received a copy of the transactions and
adjustments to the consumers’ account for the enrollment period. In review of the transactions, the school
completed an adjustment to reduce the amount owing on the consumer’s account balance
owed directly to the school in July 2024;
however, the school confirmed they erroneously failed to notify ZuntaFi
of that adjustment. As a result, ZuntaFi
has been asked to complete an adjustment to reduce the balance on the account
owed directly to the school by $1800.
After the adjustment has been completed, the consumer will receive
confirmation from ZuntaFi.If the consumer is currently
facing financial difficulty and wishes to discuss alternative payment
arrangements; we encourage them to contact our office to discuss available

Our office has completed an
investigation of the complaint submitted to our office by the consumer. ZuntaFi
was the loan servicer for a
loan obtained
to finance a product or service with Arising Images on 3/04/2022.
ZuntaFi had communication with the consumer twice in September 2022, where the
consumer acknowledged the past due balance and inquired about the late fee. Payments have been received on the account
from a card matching the consumer’s name.
Prior to the complaint, our office received a dispute from the consumer
and a copy of their promissory note was provided.
On 4/11/2025, a notice was
sent to the consumer regarding the transfer of their account to CadleRock Joint
Venture, L.P. for servicing. Should the consumer have any questions or concerns

is the servicer for a credit card the consumer obtained through *********** PayCard. Per the statement provided from the consumer for billing period
of January 1, 2023, to January 31, 2023, it indicates an outstanding balance, a
partial payment received, interest charged, and the remaining balance. The additional statements provided by the
consumer for billing periods of 2/1/2023-2/28/2023 and 3/1/2023-3/31/2023 show
no payments were received to cover that remaining balance. If the consumer has
documentation of payment made after January 31, 2024, we encourage them to

ZUNTAFI CORP, furnished alleged transactions on my Experian report that they identified as late payments. Transactions between May 2023 and September 2024 were all reported as late payments.This company is in clear violation of the law. Under 15 U.S. Code § 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports, THE LAW CLEARLY STATES:
(a)In general
Subject to subsection (c), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other:

In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.
Did I give ZUNTAFI CORP written instructions to furnish this account on my credit report? No.
Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681a(2)(i) clearly states:
15 U.S. Code § 1681a - Definitions; rules of construction
(2)Exclusions.—Except as provided in paragraph (3), the term “consumer report” does not include—
(i)
report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report;
My transactions and experiences with ZUNTAFI CORP are excluded from the consumer report. ZUNTAFI CORP has no right to furnish my transactions and experiences with them when the law clearly states that this information is excluded from my consumer reports.

I am writing to urgently address inaccuracies on my credit report due to the unauthorized sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus, which has caused considerable financial and emotional distress.
According to 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I am entitled to financial privacy, and my information should be kept confidential.
Additionally, 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2) states that no consumer reporting agency can disclose account information without my explicit consent, which I have not provided.
The discrepancies associated with ZUNTAFI have negatively impacted my financial status, and I request immediate correction.
Furthermore, 15 USC 1666(b) prohibits creditors from marking credit card payments as late under specific circumstances.

I was advised by my dealership that this company helps build credit. I received a letter in the mail stating I took out a loan. I immediately called and spoke to representative which she emailed me a copy of the promissory note. I advise her to put a stop on the check that was given to the dealership. investigation of the complaint submitted to our office by the consumer. The
loan serviced by ZuntaFi was obtained to finance a product or service with ** ******. ZuntaFi did not originate the loan and is not affiliated with ** ******. ZuntaFi is the loan
servicer and handles repayment of the loan after financing was acquired. Upon reviewing the
consumer's account, the consumer contacted ZuntaFi on 09/22/2021 and indicated
they were under the impression they did not obtain a loan, rather they were
told the company would do something to help fix their credit. ZuntaFi provided the consumer with loan
details. The consumer indicated they are required to make a monthly payment to ** ****** and now this loan. The
consumer inquired about cancelling the loan.
ZuntaFi advised the consumer to contact ** ****** regarding their refund
policy. ZuntaFi confirmed no refund or loan cancellation was received on the
loan; however, has escalated the consumer complaint to the program
administrator for additional investigation. If the consumer has documentation from ** ****** to support a

I took out private loans in 2003. I was given the paperwork by the college, however recently the dept of education ruled that my college was a Predatory college and forgave my federal loans underthe borrower'sdefense. After reviewing the holder rule, my private loans should be forgiven and I should have a refund. The college had provided me with the laon paperwork and I had turned in the loan paperwork to my financial aid advisor at the school. Since there was a clear relationship between the college and the private loan company I meet the requirements of the hold rule, since the college was fraudulent. was obtained by the consumer for the cost of attendance at American
Intercontinental University-Dunwoody for the school term 01/13/2003 –
08/23/2003.
Effective 08/31/2020, Reunion Student Loan Finance
Corporation rebranded to ZuntaFi. Notification was provided to the
consumer. If the consumer would like to receive validation of the debt,
