    They refuse to refund even though they have had the product for more than 3 weeks. I returned (for the poor quality) 3 retractable screen doors at my expense. ***** confirmed that they were delivered to them on 12/27. It is now 1/16 and they still have not refunded. Their response? "When the dock gets to it, we'll refund." Great way to do business. Never again!!!!!

    I responded to their email. They refunded 3 of the 5 units returned and can't manage to understand that there were 2 separate orders to refund. Hopefully they will figure it out

    I purchased a storm door for my porch and you can see light coming through the bottom half, on the opening side of the door. I've put a level on it and yes, its level all the way around. If you push in on the corner area, no light, telling me the door is warped. I called the warranty extension several times and finally reached someone who stated that as long as I filled out the online form, including pictures, that someone would be contacting me. That was a couple of weeks ago and still no response. I've called the warranty extension several times again and the recording states they are unavailable. Kelly C

    My first and only experience with Larson's customer support staff was most unpleasant. Evidently there is no live telephone interaction anymore - interaction is via chat or email only. I ordered a common storm door replacement part, which it turned out did not fit my door. When contacted via email about returning it, their representative was accusatory in tone and claimed the part I was trying to replace was aftermarket, questioned if my door was even a Larson, demanded pictures, etc. The email exchange became terse and confrontational. To sum it up briefly - I paid for and they sent me a part that did not fit my door and refuse to pay return shipping, which because of it's package dimensions would cost me almost a much as the part I was returning for credit, so I'm stuck with an unused part of no use to me. I have had Larson doors in a number of homes since the 1970's, but this has soured me on buying their products again.

    We couldn't be less happy. Their sales person Randy ****** totally miss represented not only the product but the company itself.
    The door sticks when sliding and the vinyl is dented and scratched! The screen is also damaged and scratched!
    We have called 2x on these issues
    The 1st call made by my husband was finally returned by women who basically said to bad (not her words). I called again and waited for 20 mins as I waited for our so called Representative to answer. Then was told he was unavailable and would return my call. When I asked for his name she hesitated and told me there were several. She would not give me a name!
    Needless to say I never received a call back. That was 2 weeks ago.
    Also we never received their so called unlimited lifetime warranty!!
    We are out of $5000.00
    We should have done more research!!
    Getting 3 different bids is not enough and they were the highest bid!

    The first door I bought was deemed defective by ****** who also did not install correctly as you could see light between the door and the door facing for about 10" up from the threshold. Next they installed another door, same model, and the newly designed closure malfunctioned so that had to be replaced. Now I simply need an extra key and the 1st person I talked to said I had to have the door model #! Why? The issue is the handset which is purchased separately. It was VERY DIFFICULT to hold the heavy door open and take a picture of the label which is on the inside edge of the door. I'm over 72 and live alone. Now I call back with all that information and Allison says she doesn't need that as I had registered my door (YES, I DID) but just which handset. These people evidently care NOTHING about the customer. I will never buy another Larson product again. Shame on Larson Doors.
