    Just bought and installed a larson Lakeview door, only had 1 issue, the top glass/screen won't stay up.. tried to call customer support but "all lines are busy", so I tried chat, but they're too busy also.. looks like I'll have to repair my 400 dollar door myself.. customer service needs major improvement

    Product itself is good. Service for replacement items has yet to be accomplished. I purchased replacement glass window for door. 2 months prior. Phone lines or continually busy. E-mail was successful although there initial response was acceptable. Problem is they did not do or send information for update or send item.

    We just installed a Platinum series door and it is junk. When we took our from the box it was already scuffed at the bottom and apart at the top. We waited almost 7 months for this door to arrive. And it wouldn't even close. The door doesn't sit straight in the frame. We will never purchase another Larson door.

    I would highly recommend not buying a Larson door, customer service is non existent. We purchased a door 6 years ago and the Roll up screen has broken. I went to Lowes to ask if they could provide the name of a company that could fix the door, the teenaged, minimum waged employee had no idea nor did the so called manager. I called the cdn Larson customer service line and was told that they are too busy to answer calls , try again later. They are too busy dealing with all the complaints about their doors. I tried the chat line waited for ever and hung up . I tried calling the US customer service # , left my number and someone did call me back. Said he couldn't recommend anyone but said he could sell me the part. I wish i would have read the reviews before I purchased the door. They have an overall rating of 1 . DON'T BUY FROM LARSON.

    I purchased a screen door. So far so good but I received paperwork for a $50 rebate which had to be mailed by may 31st, 2023. I mailed it on April 19th. 5 days ago received it returned mail which had 2 post office labels. 1st was to forward and 2nd was unable to forward. The address on the paperwork was correct. I have tried calling customer service everyday numerous times during the day since returned and keep getting message high volume call back later. I even tried the other options on the recording and keep getting same message. Why offer a rebate with not a valid address?

    What absolute garbage! Every special order door I get has misaing/wrong parts and pieces. The doors are soft and not durable at all. I have had 3 storm doors in the past 4 years and each one of them eventually bends/breaks or just stops working in general. I tried to get away from Larson but the types of doors I need are not offered by other vendors and the other vendors are just as bad or worse.
    Larson is lacking in quality control/assurance in multiple aspects of their manufacturing. You used to be able to depend on them but now all you do is pay big money for trash that has to be continually replaced after a year or 2.
    Please please please let them be shut down soon so that they are removed from the market and can no longer put out inferior products

    I ordered a glass panel replacement for my door and received one to big.whuen I try contact them.the representative insisted that the part is right,
    Try to return it,was impossible they never answered the phone.
    Am out of 160$ and still need to replace my storm door glass.

    We ordered our Special order door,modal 549FVE,in june 2022,it arrived on july 31,when our contractor was installing it he noticed several things wrong,it was assembled incorrectly,some things upside down and backwards,the screen was a twisted mess,the rubber sweep was just laying in the box,he stopped installation immediately,i grabbed the screen and took it to the place we purchased it from,they said they would contact the local field rep,have him contact us and he would look at it,2 weeks later he stopped by,inspected and tried to fix the issue's,but determined that the door needed to be replaced and suggested that we order a 149FV since it had a history of being a quality door,it also cost less,he also instructed us that when the replacement arrived,we return the 549FVE,get our money back and then pay for the 149FV,while we waited for the replacement,5 months,our distributor rep said he was going to call larson and see if he could get us some money to cover the cost of the door swap,my contractor quoted $350,00 to swap doors,dispose of the 549FVE,which is fair,considering his time to dispose of it.he discussed this with a larson supervisor,she said the best they could do was $175,00,he also mentioned that we should receive money back since the 149FV was a less expensive door,she said no and told him "it was their choice to choose a cheaper replacement door",he gave me the contact name of the supervisor,i called to speak with her about what the field rep told us to do,she never called back,i called again and spoke with a different supervisor,we discussed what we were told by the field rep and that we thought that's how it was going to be handled,she said she would dig in a little more and get back to me,after 3 weeks i called,left her a message,no call back.larson will tell you one thing and do another,no matter what the cost is to the consumer,the field reps job was eliminated,so i have no voice from him to help,will never buy larson again,Bob T*****

    After waiting 3 months it arrived at my Lowes. Told them to make it for 32" opening. tried to install, no way it would fit a 32" opening. Returned to Lowes and got approx $700 of my $1200 price refunded

    ***************** Their concealed closers fail. You call them and on hold for 30 mins or longer. You press chat on their website...and it redraws screen. HAHAHAHAHHAH they likely won't be in business very long like this if people stop buying their products
