      I had received a letter in the mail from the IRS starting I'm have a refund. While attempting to call them for weeks I finally got a hold of someone after 4 hours of waiting. They told me to call ********* and speak to them. I called ********* and they told me to call ************** they have your money. When calling ********* the guy I spoke to told me he needed a 14-16 digit account number. Finally I call back and a lady answered the phone at the IRS again and said it's not threw ************** it's threw meta bank association. I called them the same day and asked them about my refund the guy I spoke to at meta bank said I need the account and routing number. So days. Upon days of calling them I finally got ahold of another lady at the irs and she gave me the account number and routing number and to again call meta bank. While calling meta bank the lady said that those number are for **************, I than called ********* and gave them the info and the guy on the phone told me that it's not a number.


      I'm purely frustrated with this it's been going on since mid may and my refund was released may 4-16 it's not July 20.

      This is the information that the IRS gave me. They told me that it was NOT threw **************, that it was threw meta bank. The refund pay date was between may 4th and may 16th for the amount of $*****.

      Ok! And than I call ********* and. They tell me it's not! So how does this get resolved because now I'm getting more and more frustrated!
