    I purchased an Extended Warranty for my 2015 ******** *** *** on 07/11/22 for $******* on my ****. The policy would go into effect in 08/22. I have been trying to reach them via phone and email regarding a warranty question since the beginning of JAN2023, The phone number does not work and emails have gone unanswered.

    I have paid for a warranty. I have needed to file 2 claims. I was able to file but they never paid the full amount. They paid for half and when myself and the dealership followed up I've never gotten a response. I now need to file another claim and am getting no response at all from Patriot. I've called and left messages but have never gotten a person. I can't reach anyone.

    I purchased a car warranty for my vehicle. I recently tried reaching out to them and am unable to get a hold of anyone. I leave messages and never seem to get calls back. At this point I want my money back. I need help.

    I paid Patriot Warranty in full for an extended warranty and now that I need it, they won't return the calls to the dealership where I took my car, they don't answer their phones and they are not returning my voicemails. The only time they return my call was when I requested a new quote in Patriot warranty website and the person that called me said they were with a different insurance company.

    I purchase a car warranty with Patriot Warranty back in January 2021 for my 2012 *********************** in the amount of $****. I filed my first claim in June 2022 for an alternator. The shop could not get in touch with anyone to approve the claim. I paid the shop and reached out to Patriot Warranty to get reimbursed. I called for two weeks and finally got Johnathan ******* on the phone. He reviewed my claim and said it's approved. That it's covered under the warranty and they will send a check out to me for the cost of the repair and the parts. He said I should get the check in 10 to 15 days. I never received the check. I called and left multiple messages. No one returned any of my calls or responded to my emails. The company also never reimbursed me for oil change and car washes which was part of the program that I paid for. I submitted receipts and no one responded. Again Johnathan ******* said the are send the check out. It's now going to be January 2023 and I still didn't get a check.

    Two weeks ago, my 2014 vehicle developed a problem while driving to my doctor. I contacted my personal mechanic who advised me to take the car to the closest dealer. I drove the car to *********************************** in ***************, and told them what happened. They advised me that they would computer diagnose the problem. It indicated a significant mechanical problem. On 12/20 I was told that the camshaft failed. I have provided the service writer with Patriot warranties phone number, he has been calling since last week as we have and just get the same thing. Leave a message and we will get right back . The only thing we have heard is crickets from them. The company is a ***** in the works way.

    I purchased car warranty with rims and tires (4 per year) covered. After receiving a flat tire and needing a rim replacement, I called the company since my contract states I need approval from patriot warranty prior to making any payments for car repair. I called at least 3 times and sent at least 1 email to get approval but I never heard back and needed to make the payment to get my car back. I continued to call after getting my car back and even faxed them an invoice but never heard back from anyone. I paid $**** to patriot warranty and would like a full refund.

    On Dec 1, 2022 my car was towed to ***************** in ****************** due to a severe radiator leak. Service Advisor, Mike ****** ************** found the radiator needed replacing.
    He tried to call Patriot Warranty several times with negative results. I have had an extended warranty contract with this company since 2021.
    The part is covered in the contract. However, after several calls by the service advisor, it goes to voice mail. I have called seven times and it goes straight to voice. I sent an email, so far no response.
    The toll free number is no longer in service.
    I do believe this company is avoiding the service advisor and myself to pay for said repairs.

    Hi,

    I enrolled in patriot warranty for both of my vehicles , hut since enrolling and paying, patriot has stopped answering phone calls, emails and even has disconnected their number. They have further not answered calls about claims filed under the purchased warranty, and dont answer the phone at all, even the new one listed on their site.

    I have attempted to email as well, to no avail.
