Purchased an extended warranty on my car Aug 18 2021. Needed to use it on Dec 23 2022. Patriot Warranty doesn't answer, return messages,emails or certified letters. I tried everything, All I want is my money back. I spent ***** on this policy. I've notified my bank card, who says it's out of their time frame,so they can't do anything, their shouldn't be a time limit on a car warranty, because you don't know,till you need it.. I've already sent reviews and complaints to BBB, FTC. I can't believe this Co. can still stay in business treating customers this way. I did my research on different car warranty companies in June/July 2020 and I was impressed with Patriot Warranty, so called and spoke with Nicholas ****** @ **************. I went with their Premier Elite Plan for my vehicle which covered just about everything for 5yrs at $****. I divided the payments in *...@ $*** down and * more $*** payments. Received my contract in the mail and mailed it back. Never had any issues until my car would not start on February 8, 2023. Called and called numbers out of service and finally got a number to make a claim and no one has returned any calls. Now I ****** again and I see several complaints unlike the positive reviews in 2020. My starter on my vehicle needs to be replaced and now I'm stuck with the tow cost and cost of a new starter, labor, and taxes. Trying to get my money-back from Patriot Warranty. Please help. Thank you. I don't have the exact date of the transaction, but my coverage starts on 7/25/2020. The initial call and down payment was made in July of 2020 I believe. I also mailed in paperwork and receipts for my oil changes and car washes that were supposed to be reimbursed for $*** each. Never received a check or reimbursement for either.Initial Complaint

Called patriot warranty and paid up front costs for repairs to my truck. Tried many times to contact them about repairs to my truck. Auto shop called many times to contact them to get my service paid for. Email and phone with no responses. How can this business still be in business on the internet. I brought a car warranty from this company. I had to put my car in shop for repairs. Patriot agent approved repairs for payment. Then just stop answering call from repair shop and customer. My car is being held in shop until they can get a resolution for payment. I've tried multiple times to contact them and the no longer answer any calls. I'm now stuck with a bill for around ***. I purchased extended warranty on my 2012 **** ** in 12/06/2019. paid in full for the 5-year premier. The SUV is in service at a dealership. I have attempted to reach Patriot and the dealership has also attempted to reach them as well so that a claim can be started. There have been several messages left with no response. The only way you can speak with someone is if you call in and act as if you are purchasing a new warranty and if you attempt to speak about the existing warranty they place you on hold until you give up and hang up. Also there needs to be a takedown of their site so no one else is scammed by this ******** business.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Patriot Premier Elite warranty for 5 years / 100,000 miles on 2/15/2020. I paid
in full the amount of $**** with my credit card. I filed 1 claim using this warranty to replace
a faulty starter.
I need to file another claim & in trying to contact Patriot Warranty at phone numbers on my
contract, searches on the web & email provided results in no contact from Patriot Warranty.
I've called everyday for the last two weeks & left messages each time with no response. I
sent notes for Patriot Warrant to call me on their website, also with no response. I looked at
BBB.org to find the company has an F rating & everyone has the same complaints as me. I
would like to know if there is a Class Action lawsuit in place so I can get on board.Initial Complaint

Bought an extended warranty paid in full on a recently purchased **** truck in November 2020. Had motor issues within the first 3,000 miles that Patriot warranty was suppose to cover. Fast forward to 2022 I go to cancel the warranty because I sold my truck. Fifth attempt I get ahold of a representative from the exclusive national automotive club which who tells me I get a full refund *** ** * ******* ***** ****** ******* ******* and his company was the ones who paid for my engine work. I was told I have to be a member of the Certified **** Warranty group to get my refund which would take 30-45 days. I am not 2 1/2 months in, paid an extra $*** and still no word. Was told by my current company to call Patriots accounting division which has a number that doesn't go through. When I finally found the automated number I have called 10+ times leaving a voicemail to return my call.Initial Complaint

I have a auto warranty that I purchased in 2020. I need to use it now and I have been trying
to contact them for 3 weeks but I cannot get anyone to call me back. I called the office
building of the location listed on all their information and they said that the company use to
lease a spot from them but do not anymore. After on BBB and ****** it appears many

I have had an extended warranty contract with this company since July 2020. I recently took my vehicle in for repairs. I tried contacting Patriot warranty serval times and even sent them an email and a message/note on their website via the customer login option in order to get an approval/pre-authorization for repairs. The toll-free number is no longer in service, but I found another number to them that I used. Unfortunately, nobody answers, and you are left with ONLY the option to leave a message with the hopes that somebody will call you back. When I initiated the warranty, I gave them a very substantial amount of money in one lump sum payment. I still have 41 months remaining of the warranty. I have requested a refund per section VII paragraphs 1A thru 1E of the Service Agreement and I have yet to be contacted by them. It is seemingly obvious that Patriot Warranty does not value their customers and does not honor their Service Agreement. I no longer wish to do business with this company. I am requesting assistance in getting a refund of the money I paid them.
