    I paid $**** for a car warranty. Upon trying to file a claim when calling the number it goes directly to voicemail. ****************************************************************************************************************** I called the building they lease their office from and mail is being returned and they are not paying rent. The property management company they lease their office from also can not get a hold of them.

    I've been trying to get a hold of patriot warranty for 2weeks. I wanted to have my vehicle looked at,but the number is no longer in service.Now I will have to pay for the work myself because the warranty seems no good.

    I purchased extended warranty on my 2015 ******** truck in 01/30/2021. paid in full ***** dollars. Now truck is in service at a dealership. I have been trying for several days to file i claim. l have left several messages and no response. i need my money back.

    I have been trying since May 8th, 2022 to cancel my policy with Patriot Warranty. I have signed the cancellation with them and have provided notarized paperwork. Every time I call I keep hearing that it is being processed and I would be receiving a check soon. It is now October and no one is answering the phone or returning my voicemails.

    Tried calling multiple times to submit a claim on both of my vehicles , nobody answers the phone, I have emailed and left multiple messages stating I would like to cancel both my contracts and get my money back for both contracts and nobody has answered any of my emails or called me back.

    Purchased used car, purchased warranty. Year latter car required repair, was refused repair and would not pay for repair unless I could provide maintenance records for the car 3 years prior to my purchase of the car, obviously I have no records of prior owners records of the car. Patriot refused all repairs ************** warranty is completely worthless, **** company, in bussiness to steal money.

    Approximately 12 months ago I bought a 5 year/60k mile extended warranty from Patriot Warranty for $********. The vehicle is a 2014 **** with 73k miles. Today, I have tried to initiate a claim with their 24-hour call center. There is no answer and no response. Nearly 4 hours ago, my mechanic tried to acquire pre-authorization for repairs and initiate a claim as per the contract but no one at the business will answer the telephone and no one has called him back. This is the same call center that is advertised to provide 24-hour road side assistance, but there is no answer.

    My name is Scott ****** from *****************. On 7/20/22, our customer, Lashaun ******, needed an AC Compressor that was covered under her Patriot Extended Car Warranty for $***. The individual who I spoke to on the phone approved the $*** and told me to proceed with the repair. After the repair was complete, Patriot did not respond to myself or the customer and have, to this day not responded to dozens of emails and phone calls, asking for resolution or even an update on the $*** that was committed to helping THEIR customer, who paid $**** for her extended warranty. The customer, Ms. ****** was taken care of and her car's repairs were complete but our portion of the compensation was never sent. I'm not sure that Patriot Warranty isn't just a complete scam as they have not responded to any inquiries and their physical location in ************ doesn't even have evidence of them even being in that location. Please make sure that Patriot is not allowed to bamboozle any more customers/vendor or anyone that is looking to do business with them in good faith. Thank you.

    Company is failing to answer the phone and I have a transmission that needs to be fixed under their warranty. ************************************************************************************************************* I paid my warranty in full upon purchase and expect them to stand up to their end of the contract. This business is in ************************ and there is a Better Business Bureau in ***********. I'm asking the Better Business Bureau to reach out to this company and if they do not answer the phone to visit them in person as I am in ********** and cannot just go knock on this company's door. *********************** I need help in resolving this issue.     I paid for the extended warranty and I haven't been able to reach them in regards to my contract, im trying to see how much I owed left. I've called them several times left messages and emailed them no response. I want my money back that I already paid to them.
