    I have been trying to get in touch with the company for the last month for coverage in my car but the phone numbers are not for them I also send them an email but there is no response from them I purchase the extended warranty on 10/23/2021. At a price of 1635.00 but I haven get any covalent on any repairs due to I can get hold of any body from the company

    When I tried to contact this company to file a claim I was not able to get ahold of anyone. I also left many e-mails and phone messages but still no response.

    Car was sold in 2022 I have given the proof they promised me a refund been in talks with them but they did not follow thru not been a a long time the numbers are not working and emails not been responded I was told to contact you guys I’m new to the USA I did not know my rights and legal process up until now maybe still don’t know full extent of law I can use etc like sue etc

    Unable after repeated attempts to contact Patriot. They do not return phone calls. ***** ******, the person I bought the warranty from on 4/16/21 has a phone number of ************ extension **** Whenever I leave a message, it goes to voice mail. I tried entering other extension numbers, but *** is the only extension that apparently works!

    I purchased an extended car warranty in 2021, and the warranty was for 5 years. When trying to file a claim, there is no answer at the given contact number, and when leaving a message it is not returned. I want a refund of the $1,900 paid for that warranty.

    This warranty company took my money to warranty 2 of my motorcycles for 4 years. When I sought to file a repair claim….they don’t answer the phone nor do they return emails. This is a breach of the warranty contract. They are a fraud.

    For the past two weeks I have been trying to get in touch with Patriot Warranty Co. I’ve have had a service contract with them since 10/08/2020. I purchased the patriot premier package for my Lincoln 2013 MKX. Up till now no service problems. Having said that, now I can’t even get through on the phone. The message I keep getting is this number cannot be reached from my area. I’ve tried daily to no avail. I’ve even emailed the 2 email addresses they have listed on line and in my contract. The only response I’ve received via email is that they don’t service my area, but would refer me to another company. Then I received a promo from another company. My contract is not being honored nor has anyone EVER been in contact with me about no longer servicing my area. My car is need of immediate repairs that are covered in my contract and I cannot afford to pay for repairs. Hence the reason for purchasing the extended warranty. All I’m expecting is for Patriot to honor the contract they sold me and fulfill their obligation. Repairs are immediately needed on my car, prolonging the process will only be worse for me financially. I’m a single senior citizen and can’t afford to pay for unexpected expenses that I have already paid for coverage to be provided. I’m praying for someone to help me. I need my vehicle to get to work daily. Please help me ????. Thank you.

    We purchased Extended warranties for both of our vehicles in Sept 2020. We have recently attempted to use it and are unable to reach anyone at the phone numbers listed. Once we were able to leave a message but have never received a return call. The number that we left the message with didn't even identify the company by name. We started looking into the company more and came across other people that have experienced the exact same issue! It is very frustrating to spend $1000s of dollars on an extra "insurance policy" just to find out years later it's been a scam all along.
