    This auto warranty company is a scam, they do not respond, do not pay claims, do not have real phone numbers, do not have a real address in SD, and do not honor contracts after collecting your money.
    I have now read hundreds of complaints saying the same after not getting any response from this company. I purchased an auto warranty contract on SEP 17, 2020, and now I know that I got scammed and will never get anything out of it when I need it.

    We paid $1254.60 for a 5 year 75000 mile warranty in March of 2020. We have never filed a claim until now (November 2023)
    Both the repair shop and I have been trying to contact the warranty company and can never get anyone to answer the phone.

    I purchase a warranty from this company and when it was time to use it they said that they would only cover $700 dollars of the repairs, after they said this warranty would cover them when I paid the $3000+ when purchase 3 month before. when I told them I wanted to cancel they send me a cancelation letter and said they where going to refund $2000+ and never received the refund nor they ever picked my calls or returned any of the emails.

    I purchased 2 vehicles warranties from Patriot Warranty.     I would like a FULL refund of these 2 warranties, as I don't think this company is legitimate.

    I paid the company money for an extended warranty and recently was notified when i called business number that it was a scam and can not file a claim.

    I purchased and extended warranty with patriot on 2-1-20. I was told it was good until 2-1-25. I had an issue with my engine in 2021. Called the business and they told me they didn’t cover it. Today 9-27-23. I called due to an issue with my car and both numbers called were not answered. One told me about medical billing the other told me to enter an extension I did not have. I paid $1400 in 2020 and due to the business not existing or providing any services I’m seeking some type of refund or assistance. Thank you.

    I purchased a 5 year warranty through 12/1/25 and it appears that the company is out of business because they do not answer their phone and you cannot contact them

    My vehicle needed some work. After the inspection in late August 2023, I was informed of the needed repairs. The parts needed are covered under the contract from Patriot Warranty. The Dodge service representative called Patriot and left multiple messages. I called and left multiple messages. I used the email messages that I received when I purchased the warranty to send multiple email messages. Patriot Warranty has not responded to any of these attempts at communication. On August 28, 2023, I called Patriot Warranty again and the phone message had changed. A man mentioned that Patriot Warranty is a scam and suggested that a complaint be submitted to the SD Attorney General (the mailing address for Patriot Warranty is in SD). I called the Consumer Protection Division of the SD Attorney General's office. On the phone, I was encouraged to submit this complaint in addition to another complaint to the MD Attorney General because I am a MD resident. I have filed a complaint in MD as well.

    We purchase two extended warranties on two separate vehicles with Patriot Warranty.
    They were purchased on 01/14/22. The policy was through 01/07/2028.
    We never made a claim.
    We then saw that Patriot Warranty no longer exists and a call to their number reveals that the entire company is a scam.
    The phone message advises to contact the attorney general’s office and the BBB.
