    Company does not answer to service a repair and there are no call backs. Both the mechanic and myself have tried. Also company’s phone goes directly to voicemail and there are no return calls. Company needs to pay for pending repair work which is estimated to be around $1,800

    The company is still appearing to take on new customers.  They are doing this and also not allowing existing customers with their claims.  This is a typical case on how the BBB needs to shut them down by disabling their websites or having a warning posted onto their websites.  Please follow up for they continue to steal from the public.  If they are closed, then their site should not be active.  Have they been given a notice to stop?

    the company does not return calls when called for repairs or calls to check on policy, once they have your money they issue number to health care company had to google correct number. they do not send a copy of your contract to you just a sample copy nothing with your bikes vin number on. this company is not going to get your vehical fixed

    they do not respond to calls for the warranty i left over 8 messages the shop that had my bike left several no responded to me or the shop for the repairs that warranty covered

    Purchased a Auto Warranty with Patriot Warranty VSC#*********which should be good through 2027 or 14000miles. currently have 42000 on the car and now need service. Two weeks of calling the Patriot numbers and one is a commercial for health insurance and have left 6 messages at the 605 number where no on answers but a MSG tells you to leave a MSG and ssome3one will call you back. Doesn't happen and the dealership where auto is to be repaired has not had a call back or response of any kind for the past few days. I'm looking to get the warranty honored or a refund on the policy with interest.

    Purchased a 5 year warranty for a used car from Patriot in August of 2019. Its not 2023 and I need to file a claim but they cannot be contacted. I spent $1700 on the warranty and now have $4k+ in vehicle repair expenses that should all be covered by the warranty. I have called and left countless voicemails and sent emails but no response. I am now paying the out of pocket cost for both the repairs and the warranty.

    I filed for refund of my Patriot Warranty Vehicle Service Contract on 11 July 2022. I submitted ALL the required documentation to cancel my policy as I NO LONGER owned the vehicle. I sent certified/registered mail, which was signed for by Company representative. They have ignored my calls, as it appears they do all calls. They have not trouble taking your money but when it comes to refund or payment of claims they are nowhere to be found!!

    I purchase a vehicle warranty from this company on 6-5-21 that was supposed to cover my 2017 ***** ***** ******. I paid $**** cash and this company has never responded to me or my repairs from the day I was eligible for a repair which was 2 weeks ago when I needed a radiator. This company had a phone number that no one ever answered and they have an address but I was told it’s an empty office. The phone number is TOLL FREE: ***** ********

    They never responded to my claim. I called my bank to get the charges reversed and they couldn’t help because they said I willingly gave them my debit card for the services. I don’t have money like that. This is unfair. I want my money back.

    I purchased this extended vehicle warranty about 1 year ago. They reduced the price of the contract several times + also threw in the wheel and tire warranty and an oil change reimbursement. The **** that I spoke with (Ralph ******/sales rep) had no problem reassuring me, how this warranty was legit. So, no, I don't wish for an apology from Patriot Warranty: I am seeking the remainder of my money back with a cancellation of the warranty (if it was legit to begin with). I am also seeking out an attorney in the ***** ****** ** area to file a lawsuit. I will also be contacting the State's Attorney General office, the Consumer Financial Protection division and the FTC or whatever Federal Agency might also investigate these matters. If the BBB could possibly help out in this matter, that would be much appreciated! Thank You so much for your consideration in this matter.

    I have purchased warranty for my cars ( 3QTY ) from Patriot Warranty on Nov 9th 2019. The Warranty is for a term of 6 Years and 100K additional miles. I have been trying to reach them for the last 6 months for several warranty claims , but there is no response to emails or phone calls. I had paid a total of $**** for 3 different Vehicles. I need this reimbursed immediately as I am not able to reach the company. Appreciate any help I can get here as the payment is very high.
