    I paid in full the warranty contract price for an extended warranty through this company. I now need the warranty and I can not get a call back or speak to anyone about my claim. I will be contacting an attorney to file suite.

    I've purchased an Extended Auto Warranty from the Patriot Warranty, located at *** * **** ** * **** ***** ****** ** **********, Tel. ***** ********. Within last two months I called numerous times, and put a claim for $*** on their website. So far, I've received no response.

    I purchased a warranty through Patriot Warranty in 2020 when I purchased my vehicle. I have since tried to contact them and a repair shop has tried to to file a claim and they are no where to be found. I have called multiple times, on different numbers, left voicemails, left notes on my account and I cannot reach anyone for the last 2 months, and havent heard from anyone since in purchased in 2020. This is terrible business and I feel they have just taken my money and are not providing the service they were contracted to in return. This is such a scam. Stay away.

    We purchased an automobile warranty when we bought our car. We didn’t have to use it until about a month when I found out that they weren’t able to be reached.

    I purchased a warranty from Patriot Warranty in October 2021. I finally needed to use it in April 2023. The repair shop and myself made numerous attempts to contact Patriot Warranty, with no one answering their phones or returning calls.

    I purchased an extended warranty from Patriot Warranty in December 2001. The purchase amount was $**** paid in full. The vehicle contract service number is *********. When calling the company at the given phone number no one answers no one returns phone calls and it goes to a message only line no matter what option you choose. I currently have a claim on the vehicle and have not been successful in reaching this company nor can my dealership. I have two potential claims that are within this contract to repair. I have never submitted a claim and this company has the full payment with no return of services.

    I canceled my warranty January of last year and I still have not been compensated. My VSC # is *********. They don’t even answer the phone anymore?

    I purchased Patriot Warranty car repair insurance back on 12/19/2021 and the policy runs until 12/19/2024 or up to 108,000 miles whichever comes first (car currently has 64,600 miles). I had a car repair incidence occur on March 30th that required my car to be towed to a local ***** ***** dealer, ********** ***** *****. As per the contract (*** ********) I stopped using the vehicle and had it towed to the dealer. Next step was to contact Patriot Warranty about a claim before any work could be done. I called and left a message. I also had the dealer call the number, ************** to file claim and send supporting documentation in order to get the repair started. No reply to voice messages were forthcoming from either of us from Patriot Warranty. No answer to any call. I sent 2 messages on the message button on their website and no response. I also found their email address ************************ and sent them an email explaining my situation and no response. I have tried calling on 03/30, 03/31, 04/03 and 04/04 and no reply to any voicemail left. The dealership had tried calling numerous times and leaving voicemails and with no reply. This is bad business. During this time the dealership has determined that my oil pump went bad and needed to be replaced. The cost of this is $$******** including taxes (*** ********) and this policy was to pay for this claim per the contract. I need my car for work and pleasure so i agreed for the work to be completed. I am out this repair cost plus the original $******** for the Patriot Premium Elite plan. I want to either get my repair paid for $******** per my contract with Patriot Warranty or get a refund for my initial cost of the warranty of $********. Please let me know what to do next.

    Purchased Patriot Warranty Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) No: ********* on August 03, 2021, effective September 2, 2021. The total cost for 5 year coverage was $*******

    The vehicle now needs repairs and I have tried to contact Patriot numerous times. I spoke to a third-party answering service one (1) time and left a message but did not receive a return call. On every other call (12+ calls), I was connected to a automated answering service. I left detailed messages each time but received no responses. The repair shop, ******** ********** in ******** ** has also attempted to contact Patriot several times without success.

    I also submitted an on-line claim for a one-time $****** reimbursement of fluid change expenses on January 28, 2022 but received no response or reinbursement.
