    You have read the many hundreds and possible thousands of complaints regarding Patriot Warranty. I know your resources are limited and all I seek from you is that this busineess should be shut down!! They are stealing money by selling contracts with no intentions of ever helping people. Please do whatever you can to dump all the unanswered complaints onto the State Attorney office and encourage immediate action to right the wrongs of thousands of customers. This business must be shut down!

    08/05/2020 received contract for Extended Warranty on my vehicle.
    Tried contacting the company, telephone no longer belongs to Patriot. Tried contact via mail,
    no response. Warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles.
    Can't find any current address or telephone number.

    Paid $******** on 8/08/2020.

    purchased a 5 year extended warranty in 2020 for our truck. first time needing to use the warranty 3/15/2023. have tried any phone number we could find. sent emails to the company. no response. we are out the $**** cost of the warranty, and now a $**** auto repair out of pocket. needless to say, we are very upset about this situation.

    I purchased an extended warranty for my 2017 *** **** ******. Ive been trying to get a hold of Patriot Warranty and they do not return calls. It only allows you to leave a message. Ive seen that there is multiple complaints regarding this company. I would like to get a refund back of the cost of the warranty.

    On July 22, 2021 I purchased a car Warranty for my 2017 **** ******** from Patriot Warranty. I paid $**** for the warranty. The VSC # for the contract was *********.
    Recently my **** has started having issues. I called the number at Patriot Warranty and it was disconnected. I emailed the email address I had for them. No response. Attached is the statement page from the day I purchased the warranty. I never knew I was scammed until early this year when I tried to contact them for help with getting my **** fixed.

    I paid in full for a policy on July 29, 2021 ($****) to extend my car warranty 7 years/80000 miles on my 2017 ***** ****** (63,380 miles at time of purchase).
    I have tried three times to reach them for repairs but receive no call back (left countless messages by phone on 3/16/2022, 8/16/2022 and 2/20,21,22/2023).
    I had to repair my car each time because I never got a call from them. I even emailed them on 2/21 explaining to them that my car was broke down and I needed repairs, no one has responded. Finally I emailed 2/21/2023 them requesting for them to cancel my policy and refund me a prorated portion or my full policy amount.

    02/22/2023 received call from ***** ***** *** in ******** **, they have not been able to contact the Warranty company or get a call back for several days, I personally called my self and was also not able to contact any representatives, in the pass i have filled a claim and was not paid 100 % by the warranty company wish i tough not right, a refund for a car wash also also not been rein burst

    We purchased a warranty from patriot ( my husband and I). We have tried contacting them now for over 6 mths. We do not get any call backs, no one answers the phones. We have paid ******* for a warranty in which they received the money. We don't get any service, no repairs in which we are entitled by contract.

    I purchased an extended vehicle warranty a couple of years ago from Patriot and need service on my ****. The service department was able to contact the business once and start the process of filing the claim but now Patriot will not return their or my phone calls.
