  100% Scam. No way reach anyone. When they by accident answer the phone after dozens of calls they appease you by making it look like you are having you claim addressed but they never actually pay it. Really sad that something has not been down about this company.

  WARNING…PATRIOT WARRANTY IS A SCAM!!!
  I too, like everyone else, was completed scammed by this company for $4300 back in 2020. Upon realizing that the company may have been fraudulent after not being able to get a hold of anyone, I cancelled 6 months after purchase in early 2021. It’s now been 2 years, all I received was a cancellation notice, no prorated refund as promised. I’ve called more times than I’d like to admit, nothing. Tried contacting my CC company to dispute as a fraudulent charge, unfortunately too late. I’ve reached out to the BBB, AG, etc. I don’t understand how they’re allowed to continue doing business based on all of the reviews. When is anyone going to decide to do something about these frauds? What else can we possibly do to get our money back??? For anyone even contemplating using these clowns, heed the warning from everyone and simply stay away. Good luck to all that got scammed as myself!

  Don’t use this company at all - SCAM! We paid $2440 for the top extended warranty for our car and never heard from them after we bought it. Tried to claim on our car to get it fixed - dealership could never get in touch with them. I tried every option on their phone number and left 8 messages with never a returned phone call. Added, the 24/7 number on our contract goes to a medical sales call when you call it. Totally disgusted with this scam. Don’t do it!

  ********************************************** I dont understand how they can post good review when customers, or those that paid thousands of dollars for an extended car warranty, can't even get hold of them. My SUV was taken to *** of Escondido last week and my service technicain has called them multiple times, more than 10 times and was not able to contact or talk to a live person to get authorization. Left messages and no one returned his calls. The same is true with me. I am now stuck with loaner car and over a thousand dollar repair charges, as Patriot never responded to any calls or emails.
  This company should be banned NOW before more poor customers get sucked in to this ********. This is actually the 2nd time, I had to deal with Patriot, since I have 5 year extended warranty. The first one cost me over $600, I just paid it since Patriot never responded to my calls and my service representative.

  Had a couple of repair situations and the service manager could not reach them. I tried twice; the no was no good and when I got what SM said was the good number, I could not reach them either. My money down the drain. Ed C in Dallas, Tx

  Ok everyone, wake up, they are obviously defunct and have ceased doing business. The next step for all of us is to contact South Dakota Consumer Protection, Office of the Attorney General and file a formal complaint so they can investigate. It was my understanding that Patriot was HQ'd in South Dakota at ******************, Sioux Falls, SD 57103. Upon further research, this is one of those ***** shared office spaces so that was the writing on the wall for all of us. I should have Google mapped their address before I gave them $2,700 for my warranty. From the research I have done, it looks like things were going ok for them during the beginning of the pandemic but around May to October of 2021, they stopped responding. You can see their last post on FB was 9/2021, it's likely the quietly disappeared into the darkness from there but there has to be some information we can all gather from SDCP. I encourage ALL OF YOU to take the time to file a formal complaint with the state so they can investigate further. Many hundreds of thousands of dollars lost by all of us on no defunct warranty's. Where is our money???

  ***************************** They will take your money and you will never be able to speak to anyone at the company. There phones are automated for you to leave a message that will never be answered. E - mails are also never answered. There is no way to file a claim. ********************** Stay away from this ******** company. Why they are still able to advertise their business is a joke.

  I AM TRYING THE CONTACT THEM. THE ORIGINAL PHONE NUMMER AND THE ONE FROM THE PEOPLE THAT SOLD ME THE WARRANTY ( MR, BENJAMIN1 AND 605.653.6215) IN 2021 DON'T WORK ANYMORE. FOUND ANOTHER NUMBER ON LINEAND THIS GOES TO THE MESSAGE TO GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK. THAT HASN'T HAPPENED SO FAR. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK ABOUT MY WARRANTY AND I HAVE PAID IN JUNE 2021 FOR 2110$
