  *************** If a negative rating is possible, it would definitely have one. Much like the other reviews, yes, I had purchased an extended warranty policy through Patriot Warranty and they don't return calls from me, nor the repair shop. Shame on me for not doing more research *****************. Don't spend a dime with this worthless******* company.

  Took my money and now after over a year I need them they won't answer or return the calls from me or my garage. I have called, email, and mailed them, they gave never heard from them and my truck has been in the repair shop for 3 weeks and to get my truck back I have to pay$380. Diagnostic fee to get my truck back if they don't repair it

  They will not return calls, have not answered emails, and now say not covered in California. I cannot even do a claim on line. No option shown. All contact extensions are not even active anymore. Once they received our money, we have never spoken to a live person. I think a class action lawsuit is warranted and will reach out to an attorney.

  ************************************************************** I purchased two warranties on two vehicles and have tried to open a claim. Made phone calls and couldn't get a real person on The phone left messages I've got no return calls. The Repair shop also called left messages and got no return calls. My truck needed to be fixed fairly quick so I am paying the bill myself. I am still trying to get in touch with someone from this company but so far haven't been able to.

  Check hundreds of BBB and Google reviews and complaints! Paid them $2,700.00 for a worthless extended service contract. Will probably will never see that money again, and have to pay car repairs myself! Worse, their website is still up and running and they are still soliciting, advertising their contracts, with big name endorsements. Buyer beware of this company! They don't deserve 1 star.

  I first need road side asst., the company show up or call me back. >so I cancel my policy in June 2022 because of repeated none service. At that time i was told i would receive a refund since then i have not heard from this company. I called and only get a recording that some one will contact me. So far I have not received a call back. I've called everyday at least three times a day.

  I've attempted to try to file a claim for my vehicle and nothing; no response. I've been trying to reach them for month's and the dealer has made several attempts. The phone number was disconnected. There was another number I called and left a message and no one has applies. I've tried to email them and nothing... I want all of my money back, I've paid them $1960 up front! Wish I could leave ZERO STARS!!

  I cancel my contract July 2022 and I talk to Brian ****** and he told me that I will get back $850 for I did not make any claim. He told me that the refund will go into my bank account that I pay for the contract. Up to now I have not received any refund and I try calling Brian again on the same number that I did before now it's disconnected. I keep calling them on a different number and leave a message and they never return my call. I just want my refund back that I pay them.
