    We had the pleasure of working with Emily in our onboarding call. I ran a financial planning business for forty years that managed seventy million dollars for our clients.
    I have never in my seventy one years talked to a more delightful, knowledgeable, and professional person. If I were still in business I would do every thing possible to convince Emily to come and work for us.
    I would hope that you realize the treasure you have in Emily and will do everything you can to keep her and promote her in your organization.
    She is worth every penny that you have invested in her training and I would suggest you give her every opportunity to make your company everything it can be.
    You will not run into many that have all the professional traits this young lady has, she is the best.
