    Customer service representative Emily H was a sheer joy to work with. She is very patient, understanding, friendly, responsive and helpful. She went way, way, way out of her way to help me with my Madison Trust account. For those of us not familiar with the appropriate manner and responsibilities for this type of account .... all I can say is that Emily H was a friendly, helpful guiding light who pro-actively helped me through any issues. She is a great reflection on Madison Trust. I can also confidently state that Madison Trust is a very ethical and customer focused organization. You should not hesitate to use their services.
