    Emily was so helpful. Emily in present call & William (primary contact) have been A1 responsive to my questions and concerns.     Kaylee at Madison Trust was so helpful! I had to make a change in the amount of my investments, due to stock market losses and withdrawals, and Kaylee patiently walked me through making the change on the website.     I have been a Madison Trust customer with a Self-Directed IRA for 7 years. Their employees are so friendly, proficient and helpful. Their online processes and account management are extremely secure with redundant safety protocols. Specially I worked with Cameron this week to resolve an issue. He called to confirm the email was from me, and then sent a confirmation when the action was completed. I highly recommend Madison Trust.

    I really appreciate the improvements that were recently added to our account portals. Now when we request a wire transfer, the electronic form is automatically generated, we can immediately sign electronically, and it's done. What a snap! Kaylee, a support representative, is very courteous, helpful, and patient. We were unaware of this great new feature until Kaylee took the time to call it out and walk us thru it. Great! Great! Great! Thank you Kaylee and Madison Trust Company.
