  I have been a client of Madison Trust for several years. I set up a self-directed IRA for purposes of real estate investing. I'm not much of a businessperson, I'm a craftsman by trade who has set aside a little for retirement. So, the forms and internet stuff i struggle with sometimes. But Customer service is always very helpful. This time Kaylee walked me through the form. And I still made a mistake. But never fear Kaylee caught my mistake, fixed the document and sent it to me to sign and I was done. Kaylee was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all of my options to me. I highly recommend Madison Trust as an IRA management company. Madison Trust team members Like Kaylee are always very ethical and professional.

  I'm very impressed with the customer service in Madison Trust Company. Every staff I've spoken to is knowledgeable and competent. They seemed well trained and always provide clear instructions based on their professional knowledge. They always respond calls immediately and take actions without delay. I can always talk to the live person immediately that is extremely valuable in the current AI digital world. I'll definitely recommend your company to my other friends who need such services.

  I was fortunate to have Kaylee answer my call today. What an incredibly kind, professional, patient person she was to deal with. I had a number of questions, was in a time crunch trying to fill out my IRA documents and Kaylee was so helpful. I even told her that most people say they are here to help only to act annoyed but Kaylee really meant it! Whatever Madison Trust is paying Kaylee it isn't enough!!

  Emily E has been nothing short of kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in navigating the set-up of our IRA accounts and rollovers. She and the rest of the support/onboarding team has answered all of my questions and made this process a breeze. I am so happy we decided to use Madison Trust as our custodian. They answer questions thoughtfully and promptly and provide exquisite customer service via email and telephone. Their secure portal for account uploads makes this process even easier as you know immediately whether or not your information was received, as well as can trust that it was applied to the correct account.
