Wilco Land was absolutely fantastic to work with from the beginning of our deal, all the way through the process. Miles and his team were communicative as we worked out terms. Once we had a deal we were both happy with, they moved quickly to close. Since I first talked with Miles, it took slightly more than 3 weeks for the deal to close -- and that "slightly more" was because of me, not Wilco Land.
This group goes above and beyond, and really allowed us to feel confident in what we were buying. From GIS maps, to empowering us to find what we needed to know about the community, it was an amazing process. If you're in the market for raw land, you can't do better than Wilco Land. We will absolutely use them in the future if we're looking at more raw land.

I sold my property for 20,000 lower than what I paid for, which was ok because I needed the funds...but then I was asked to go even lower because of an electricity pole. Easy to deal with, Neri was great. But if I had the time I would have told them to pound sand after that offensive bs.Wilco Land

Fantastic company to work with. Very professional, extremely friendly, and they make the process SO EASY! I'm absolutely thrilled with the property I purchased and the price was a steal of a deal. The team at Wilco (Keri, Preston and Neri), were great to work with. As with anything real estate related, communication is so important, and this team was on top of it, night or day.
