i definitely givu guys at willco a gr8 review... i really luv that u specifically search and find special properties, point out why theyre extra special and sell them at a nice discount to us!! also most realtors cant even see the special qualities that make a property special and therefore their descriptions are useless except for basic facts...thx to everyone at willco !!!

The GIS coordinates were a bit off so it was difficult to determine property lines. There is also debris on the property (cars, axel, other sport vehicles) which I was unaware of. Wilcoland tells buyers to do their own research on properties but I feel they should also know exactly what they are selling. Otherwise, the staff was nice to work with and the title company was thorough!Wilco Land
