      Ordered a wood burn stove on Sept 15 SAME DAY delivery and as of Sept 26 I still do not have my stove. I have contacted both local and corporate and all I receive are excuses about a 3rd party delivery. I did not order the stove through a delivery company nor care about the method as long as I get my item as paid for. I ordered it from their tractor supply website. Tractor Supply and Tractor Supply alone is responsible for ensuring I receive my item. Three different people verified my phone and said they would call me back with delivery info yet I have yet to receive a single call back from anyone. The stove is only located 23 miles from my house. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Delivery fees and 10% should be refunded at a minimum.

      I for a $10 coupon emailed on 9/2 that would not be used. I was told I had already used it. I checked my receipts and phone and it wasn't used. I told Karin that I was done with TSC and threw my TSC Credit card in the trash. I want everything at TSC that has my name on it closed out. My credit account and any ads to be stopped/ discontinued. People that farm and live in the country only do business with people they can trust. I've been with ********* longer than TSC and I'm going back to them. Close everything that has my name on it. *********, ***********, Perry, Kansas 66073.

      You have advertisement that if you purchase products you will get a $10.00 dollar gift card. On 08/09/2022 I purchased 28.5 lb dog food. The front end cashier does not know how to properly complete the $10.00 Tractor Supply Gift Card. I attempt to use the card at another location they tell me the card is not activated. I call the initial store that I got the card from they told me to call the number on the card itself. After several calls I am then told that my card was used for a 102.00 purchase when the card was only $10.00 . You need to train your staff on how to do transactions correctly. The second place I went to where I was told the card was not activated even said he was never trained on how to do them. This is crazy all over the store you see buy this product and get a gift card and then when the consumer/customer does it doesn't work and 5 calls later no resolution.

      Shopped online for a ********* lawn tractor. Read the online ad on Tractor Supply which said if I applied and paid with their TSC ******** credit card that I would get "free shipping" with the only stipulation is that it must be ( �® $29 minimum spend).
      I therefore applied and received card and used it to purchase lawn tractor.
      Mower was delivered and several days later charges showed up on my account which showed that I was charged $139 shipping . I contacted Tractor Supply and was told I didn't get free shipping because it was an oversized item. No where on the ad nor the paperwork that came with credit card did it show any other stipulation other than what I stated above.

We have refunded your shipping charge on your order for the ********* lawn mower as a one-time courtesy. Oversized items do not normally ship free because they must ship through an oversized freight carrier.
      Please keep in mind that refunds back to credit cards are not always immediate and generally take around 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution's processing time. If your order was paid for using ******, it will be refunded to the ****** account. For orders where a Tractor Supply Gift Card was used as the form of payment, a Tractor Supply eGift card will be issued to the email address associated with the order.

      I am very disappointed with Tractor Supply. I bought a weed eater ********* and the first one stopped running after about 30 minutes I took it back got another one. The other one first time I pulled the string string came out so I took it back. The third one I got I used it for 2 days and then went to start it on the third day and it caught on fire if I could load a video clip of it I would. But I would never buy anything from Tractor Supply cuz they will not take it back and I have all my receipts.

      Tractor supply went above and beyond our expectations. We had issues with a faulty machine and a dishonest warranty company. Tractor Supply did everything they could to get this issue taken care of. Everyone we spoke with who worked for this company was amazing. We really appreciate what was done for us. Thank you for being a honest company.

      I guess I just don;t like being lied to. Especially if it by a very poor liar. I attempted to buy one of those large 4 wheel yard wagons and a rake.
      The wagon was about $216 and the rake was arounf $17. I belong to the so called good neighbors club which gives out rewards. I have a free home delivery and a free trailer rental currently as rewards. The wagon which is like a large verson of a kids wagon can be lifted easily by one person. It would not quite fit my ***** RSX Hatch
      I wanted to use the free home delivery which they had promised me. The person at the register called someone and said they were the manager. I am 73 year old partially disabled vetran and my hearing is not great but I think his name was T H*** or T H***. This was around 4 pm Sunday, Aug 7, 2022. He told me one lie after another. Claiming the wagon would not fit in the back of a small truck (It obviously would) and the people they use for delivery only have a small truck. He then told me that they did not deliver to Stanfield about 4 miles away. Basically he refused to honor the promise of a free Home Delivery or give me any resoulation to get the wagon home. After a few more lies he went back in the store. I asked the person at the register if they had an 800 number for complaints let them know I was not satisfied with their welching on a promise. and plan on calling the corporate office if there is one tomorrow. The so called manager is quick to lie and appears to be dishonest. This is my second problem with TSC the first on was on a New Zero Turn ******* Mower with less than 4 hours on it. Neither time would they even attempt to help. STAY AWAY. Bad place to do business. I will remove this review if the problem is resolved.

      I had a terrible online ordering experiene to be provided rodent tainted dog food and upon writing an honest review I was told my honest review could not be published: My original review on Tractor Supply: Satisfied w/ overall food BUT I ordered 4 bags of this food to be delivered home as I currently work 6 days a week 12 hour shifts, so I'd like to set my "off" time aside for other things then going to the store. Even though we have a local Tractor supply the order was shipped from Macon GA to FL. When the bags arrived the first thing the delivery guy pointed out is that the bags had been gnawed on by something and they (the warehouse where the food came from?) attempted to tape the holes with clear tape. Of course that is unacceptable, what is unclear to me is WHY they thought it was acceptable to send this to a customer. So of course I had to go to my local Tractor supply store to exchange it, whom discarded of the what looked like Rodent tainted products. My local Tractor supply went above and beyond to help but they should have also not have been inconvenienced as much as I IF the warehouse would have done their job. This was unnecessary man hours wasted and my only day off spent at Tractor supply for no good reason. (it took about 40 min) Their response via e-mail and my review NOT published: It cannot be published to the website, but... Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! So they have website guidelines but no product condition guidelines for shipping unacceptable items.

      So I apply for a tractor supply credit card that is issue by ********* and got the account number for the card but I wanted to use it to purchase a lawnmower so I try to use it online but I needed the security code I call and supposedly they gave a temporary one so I can use but it doesn't work I call to see if they can place the order for me and they couldn't so she said needed to call ********* and she did but no luck getting thru so she cancel call , so I been transfer and gang up for the past three hour to be exact so when I had enough of their game of transferring me around I ask to connect me to the place to cancel the card and waited another 47 min because I'm done I want to this now when they answer I tell them about canceling he tells me oh sorry there another department that handle TSC credit card cancellation if I have a pen and paper to write down the number to call yet again another number . So I'm beyond ******* to swear in a comment. I guess they don't need 4K of sales that how much the zero turn lawnmower was going to cost. If anybody thinking of getting the Tractor supply credit card don't waste your time customer service *****!! And the reason I didn't just went to the store is because I live in the country and I can't be waisting gas with this prices I just wanted to order and pick up when it was ready that it.
