      Horrible!!! The 2 days is after your order processes apparently. I ordered on Dec. 5th and today is the 14th, and my order still says processing. I've called customer service twice and they have both told me the same thing, they can't get a hold of the vendor. Well why have a vendor that doesn't respond or send their stuff. I ordered these for Christmas gifts and the way it's going it will not be here in time. It's sad because I try to keep my money here but I get my stuff quicker from China. TSC has really lost my business over this, if I can't get it thru ***** **** or somewhere else then I don't need it.

      Missing mounting bracket
      The description says that "All mounting hardware included with blower kit", this is NOT true. After buying this kit and going to pick it up at the local store, they set aside something totally different, and then actually didn't have it in stock. I then ordered it online and had it shipped to my house. After finally receiving the item, I opened the box to install, and the instructions inside said it needed bracket not included to mount to a wood stove (the exact one in the picture), and that I needed to call customer service to find out about it. I emailed them and am waiting to hear back about the missing bracket. Beyond frustrated to finally get the correct item from TSC on the second try, and then for it to be missing pieces from the manufacturer!
      Also, when I tried 3 times to post a review of the product, they rejected it and wouldn't post it. SCAM ratings!!!!

      Used to do a lot of business there but my last visit was very frustrating. The person helping me told me he was new and couldn't answer my question. He tried to call someone but no one answered him. He then left me hanging to open a register to help someone else. After about 10 minutes I left and did business somewhere else.
      Note - About a month ago I sent a letter via **** to Tractor Supply about this experience and have not yet received a reply. Apparently they don't care about their potential customers. By the way, **** is the only way to reach headquarters about any issues. Looks like they really want to isolate themselves form the customers.

      Terrible customer service. As long as they get your money they don't care if your package is delivered safely or not and refuse to allow you to exchange. I ordered a pair of pants online and when they were haphazardly delivered by throwing them down on the porch where a dog chewed them up, they say it's not their fault or their problem. This is caring for the customer?

      First of all i want to say i very much like my local store and employees but the company has let us down in the worst way. We bought a chainsaw and some pet supplies which totaled 668 dollars. Tractor supply charged our cart TWICE for the purchase. When we went to the store they were helpful but could do nothing. They referred us to a corporate number. The service there was friendly and wonderful but they could do NOTHING. They kicked it up to their sales department which has not done ANYTHING to help us. Essentially they stole 668 dollars from us. We have incurred bank fees because of their negligence and have had to borrow money to get gas and supplies. We get nothing but foot dragging from the corporation. At the end of my rope ....

      I ordered a pair of boots ship to store. I called customer solutions and their customer service is horrible. I received a reference number ********** and they said it would take an additional 3 to 5 days. I am com concerned about fraud and considering reporting this to my credit card company. When I asked if there was an escalation process, they said no. Very disappointing. ***** *

      Had I known that they use **** **** as their credit card issuer I would never had applied. I ve the same issue with them on my **** *****  card not consistent with email billing statements I paid the 45 dollar charge on the card off and 3 moths later i hit 79 dollar interest fee and the way i found out was a notice from trans union my credit score changed.

      I placed a large order online. Ten of a single item. Four days later, I went to the store to pick it up. I had not received a notification it was ready for pick up; I just figured they had it in stock. The sales associate was helpful and informed me that I needed to wait till I received notification that the item was ready for pickup. Ok. No problem. Ten days later, the item was ready for pickup. Well, I'm out of town at that time. Tractor Supply Company (TSC) takes any online order not picked up in 48 hours and cancels it! What the heck? I waited then days for you all; You can't wait for me for more than 48 hours? So today, I spoke to the sales associate, again very nice, but she suggested I "go online and order the item." I'm sorry I did that now 13 days ago. It didn't work out so well for me the first time I ordered online with the TSC. Why would I do it again? Not Cool TSC, Not Cool at All!

      We are very sorry that the Customer's order was canceled. Unfortunately, Tractor Supply company's policy that the order will be cancelled for non pick up after the 48 hour mark of it being ready. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Due to the order being in cancelled, we can not reinstate a canceled order, nor can the store.

      JUST AWESOME I've been shopping around to find an answer to what I'd like to project for style and security. I placed an order for two jackets. The jackets arrived with impeccable timing. When I opened the box, I was impressed with both items. The look was exactly as expected and the manufacturing was impeccable. I'M NOT SURE HOW SERVICE ISN'T LIKE THIS WITH EVERY BUSINESS, 90%+ OF THE TIME. I want to say thanks to the store and manufacturer. I hope that later we can do business.

      I applied for the tractor supply credit card. Wow what a big mistake. 28.24% interest rate. My fault should have not applied for it. First month I was late by a day on payment. Called their customer support line. Was informed they do not have grace period and I got charged a 29 dollar late fee. Customer support person told me they would credit the 29.00 dollars. After that I closed my card and account out with them paid 500 dollars in September. Just got another bill in the mail and I'm paying 75.12 dollars in interest. Call customer support again (September 28 2022) I was told the 29 dollar credit that was applied will be applied to this bill and my due date isn't even here yet. I will pay my bill off and never step foot in their stores again. I buy all my grain salt blocks and hardware there. Tractor supply you just lost your self a very good customer. I'm in that store every week but from now on I will never spend another cent there. Your prices aren't really that great anymore. All greed that's what you run your corporate people on. Good bye.
