      Horrible service.
      Placed an order. But couldn't fax the information in time so my order got cancelled.
      I can't get my order reinstated and it's impossible to reach them over the phone.
      DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Go in person.

      One star is far too high, this is a bad, bad company. They offer little value and cost far too much. It is a monopoly and you have to wonder why states offer a monopoly on public records. ( $$ ? )

      ******* * Placwd an order through Vitalcheck on April 8, 2024 requesting a birth record for my son with the maiden name of the birth mother. I was charged $81.00 and recieved non of the information I requested . I repeated the information I needed several times to the person on the phone and she assured me that information would be on the birth record .
      I received regular a birth certficate which not what I requested .
      I have tried several times to contact someone to resolve this matter and so far have’nt gotten through to anyone . Continue to be placed on hold and no one answers.
      I will gladly return the birth certificate in order to recieve the information I requested . The certificate is of no use to him.

      Bad experience. Place an order for expidated service and you would think that includes shipping and not to be placed in "Will Call" So now it's been a week waiting for them to sent out and it could be up to another 2 weeks before i recieve it. Thats what 60 dollars gets you.

      Ordered for a marriage license vrom Vitalcheck 11/26/2023 and they expected I'd receive it by March. I called and reached a person in March and they indicated it would be sent soon thereafter. I have not received the certificate and my order can't be checked, as "order status has expired." EMails to the company per their instructions for order inquiries have gone unanswered. Wait times on the phone can be hours w/no staff answering, just a recording saying how they're extremely busy. Ridiculous. I give a negative star rating and want a full refund.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my birth certificate on November 16 and paid for expedited processing. It is now April 12 and I have not received my certificate. I'm owed a refund on the Expedited processing fee because this is ridiculous. I needed my birth certificate in order to sign up for health insurance with my employer and the window closed months ago. I will never be ordering from this service again. I have never had to wait this long for my certificate before. ORDER YOUR CERTIFICATE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

      Incredibly quick and accurate. 23:45 hours on Tuesday ordered the certificate (from a county that told us we would have to go there in person and it would still take weeks) and received it at 13:00 on Thursday. I received exactly what was requested -- granted I filled out the request with exact names and addresses, dates, relationships. I looked to make sure I had the exact information required BEFORE going to the site, so I was one and done.
      Superlative. Now if the California DMV and the US State Department were reliable, I would be all set.
      Want to whine about the cost? Go directly to the county clerk, 5 hours roundtrip, pay all their fees and still wait days/weeks. In 37 hours I have, without leaving my home, the certificate I needed. Their fee, reasonable, *** *** gets it here quickly and verified delivery, and the county fees -- reasonable.

      I placed an order through VitalChek. They charged $76 dollars total for three pieces of paper (marriage certificate) and then after two weeks AFTER we were supposed to receive the documents, I asked them when we were going to receive the order. They then told us the following: “ Thank your for contacting Vitalchek Online Support. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us to handle your order.
      We are sorry but TN Vital Records is having some processing issues with marriage certificates for the past two years and are just now completing orders received the end of 2022 and first part of 2023. You may want to try the court where you purchased the license and see if they can issue a certificate for you.

      Imagine paying someone for a document and then after them taking your money, and lying about the date you should expect to receive the document, they then tell you to go get the document yourself! This is EXACTLY what they did! And I believe according to their response, they must be doing this to everyone in Sevier county that uses their “service”.

      I never received my birth certificate. *** lost it and delivered it to a unknown address. My information is compromised. This company is a joke. They are a third party company that does not assume any responsibility for items mailed. Please do not order from this source. It's a company with low resources that don't take any liability for your information. They advise you to make a police report and to follow up with identify.com to report that your birth certificate was lost. Mean while your birth certificate can be used to get an ID, passport and open accounts under your name.

      This was the worst experience. We received several emails saying information was wrong but we were on hold a total of seven hours. Just waiting to speak to someone in three days. This IS RIDICULOUS!!!!
