      I would do negative. I’ve been on hold for two hours for the second time. They rejected my paperwork that is perfect. This company even real?

      Do not use this company unless you have money to burn. I am on Social Security and paid $143.75 for my sister's death certificate. Instead, I received a letter stating they couldn't find the record. Why didn't they just contact me and get additional information? I know she died on the date I provided, because I verified it with the hospital where she died. How can you not find her death record? Somebody is goofing off or doesn't know what they are doing. I can't start the probate process without this information and her son is living from day-to-day hoping he doesn't get kicked out of her house.

      I PAID $55 FOR AN OVERNIGHT DELIVERY OF A DOCUMENT YESTERDAY. I PROVIDED EVERYTHING AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME "ACTION REQUIRED" EMAILS TO SEND DOCUMENTS. I SENT TWO DIFFERENT EXACT DOCUMENTS THEY REQUEST ON THEIR ORDER WEBPAGE. AFTER REPEATEDLY RESPONDING TO THEIR "ACTION REQUIRED" EMAILS, I HAVE ALSO TRIED CALLING. THEY NEVER ANSWER BUT PUT YOU ON HOLD WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES, AT WHICH TIME I HAVE HUNG UP (THREE CALLS). EACH TIME I CALL, I GET THE SAME NOTHING RESPONSE, THAT "YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US, PLEASE REMAIN ON THE LINE AND A REPRESENTATIVE WILL ASSIST YOU SHORTLY". THEN THEY CHANGE IT TO "....WE HAVE EXTREMELY HIGH CALL VOLUME SO PLEASE CALL BACK...." THEY ARE AN INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL COMPANY WHICH I WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN. WHY IS THIS THE OFFICIAL BUSINESS ENTITY TO ORDER VITAL DOCUMENTS?

      Ordered a replacement birth certificate 9/22. 3/23 I received an email saying it would be 28-30 more weeks!
      Contacted the company and after being on hold for over 30 min was told they could not cancel or refund the transaction! Scammers!

      I’ve been waiting 5 months for a marriage certificate. Got an email that it’s going to be delayed 28 to 30 more weeks! Called and waited 1 /2 hours on the phone. My credit card was charged. I asked to cancel and they said no, it couldn’t be done! This is a scam! Don’t use them.

      Terrible. I ordered a New York State birth certificate over four months ago and have not yet received it. Just received an e-mail from the company that my order was delayed and processing times are now 28-30 weeks. Last week I contacted the county in New York where I was born and received my certificate in two days at half the cost. If you want to get your document in less than 6 months contact the county, town or city where the document was originated.

      I ordered my birth certificate on 2-3-23. I was told I would have it by the 17th of Feb. After not receiving, I called and the person I spoke to was very rude and stated it had not shipped yet and could not offer me any more information. I waited on the chat line today for over 30 minutes for a rep and when my turn came around, it came up that there were no reps available to help.
      Not a good company. I have just wasted my money.

      Ordered my birth certificate 9/13/2022. It is now almost March 2023. Called gave up after 50 minuets. Online questions still waiting for reply. Email was answered saying that they have no record of my email or order. Sent screenshot. They sure took $57.00 out of my account back in September. Not sure what to do now to get my money back. Would NEVER recommended and will plaster the internet with problems.

      scam, they do not deliver the promised documents, and refuse to cancel either. Not a legit service. Do not send this company any money.
