  I have been waiting four months for my birth certificate. Paid over $50 for it too. Supposed to have been shipped yesterday but NOTHING! The site still states it's "processing". Appalling that our municipalities should use such a horrible service.

  I was charged a processing fee that is non refundable even if you do not order the document. I was okay with that and just asked if I could order the document since I was charged the fee anyways. They said I ordered it too long ago and that my order expired.

  I was told that vitalcheck on line was the fastest way to obtain Birth certificate it says 2 to 3 weeks it has been over a month i’m still waiting very disappointed with this !!!! I should have read reviews!!!! Where’s my refund !!!

  VitalChek approved my application, the state returned their portion of the bill and didn't accept the application. VitalChek won't refund the fee. They will be stealing people's money by doing this.

  Scam company. Stole my money and didn’t provide me with any of the records I ordered. Paid for overnight delivery too. Going to dispute with my bank now.

  This company is a total scam. I ordered a copy of a death certificate of a family member in New Haven, Connecticut. I paid $52.70 with the additional charge of $19.75 for UPS air (5-7 business days), plus a $12.95 Vitalchek fee. It has been THREE MONTHS and I still have not received anything. Vitalchek is the only option for getting vital records from New Haven, Connecticut. I guess I will never get my great grandmother's records. I am completely dissatisfied and feel like I was ripped off adding to what was already a sad situation. Vitalchek should not be allowed to work with state, county or city record departments as the only option for getting vital records. States, counties, cities, PLEASE STOP USING VITALCHEK. They are ripping off customers and no one is getting their records!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Paid for birth certificate as MS requires you to place order through this outsourced service. I have received no product. There is no way to track my order and calling them results in long wait time. This company is a scam. You pay for a service, get a receipt with a bogus wait time, and get absolutely NO Product.

  I ordered a birth certificate and chose the over night air delivery method which I paid an extra $17 dollars for. The certificate arrived a day late and I reached out about a refund for the shipping charge (because it was not overnight, it took over 2 business days from the shipping date) and their response was to tell me it just shipped the day before. When I sent proof of the shipping date (their email confirmaiton, **** shipping details, etc.) the reason they won't give a refund changed to something along the lines that they have two days to deliver. Terrible customer service and it seems that no matter the proof that you provide of their error, they will refuse a refund, even if they have to lie to you.

  On the 17th of September 2022. I paid for a birth certificate search in Virginia and was told a 5-day search with two days *** expedited for $52.25 so I said okay, it just said in process and now it's a month later, so I called and they said they do the third status update and would refund their money and I didn't told them yes or no because I want to wait for the third status update from the Department of Health is what they told me so then I called the Department of Health and they told me they sent it to another department and that it could take up to 6 months and they were mad at me like I was the bad guy for getting a refund for $11 and some odd cents from brighter check for Virginia from 1932 for my mother and she will be 90 years old on the 27th of this month and I figure that there would not be one. And vital check for Virginia was supposed to call me back to give me an update in 3 days and never did so that's when I called them but the Department of Health lady was very rude to me at the Richmond office their main office put all the other Virginia offices everybody was very very nice and the Richmond office never let me explain the situation from at 1932
