      3 months ago i contacted them to get a birth cert i paid them 42.00 and i still do not have it so yesterday i emailed them asking where my order was and i was told that they cant find it even though i sent them a screenshot of the withdrawal from my bank then i was told that they cant look at attachments and i should call them so i tried 3 times and after 2 plus hours of hold time i got through to a very nasty woman that told me i never ordered any thing from them i told her several times i have the screenshot of the transaction and after going back and forth a few times i asked to speak with her supervisor she said one moment and then hung up on me

      Took money, no delivery, no refund, lost my birth certificate and won't respond to me. Horrible. Should be out of business, charged, and will be sued.

      SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NOTHING IN RETURN. THEY TELL YOU TO CALL THE STATE DIRECTLY IF YOU WANT A REFUND. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! VITAL CHECK IS A SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

      VitalChek does not provide apostille/authentification for birth certificates. They make it seem like they do and make you wait 7-8 weeks just to receive a regular birth certificate. They scammed me out of 60 dollars and will not refund me. If you want to get an Apostille/Authentification do not use VitalChek, contact your state's department of health and request via mail/email/phone.

      Wait a long time for order. Came ripped in 2. Been on hold for 45 min then call dropped all the time hearing you call is very important to us. **!
      Went on line and it shows everything is fine after telling them of what happened 3 weeks ago. I'm waiting on hold again as I write this. Company *****!
      Well they dropped my call again after45 min. Must be there time limit for making you wait on hold. But don't forget your call is important to them.

      Scam scam scam!!!!!!!They scaled me too! I ordered a birth certificate they charge me $50 and in the email they sent me the information that I told them, to order my birth certificate , and then told me .....now go ahead and order the birth certificate on my own( an a email). Even ****** wouldn't give me my money back when I explain to them that this is a scam company.

      The positive reviews about VitalChek are few far & in-between unfortunately. Just like most, I needed my Birth certificate and did a web search and reviewed a few sites that explained how to attain my Birth certificate. Of course VitalChek came up. Did some more research and ordered my Birth certificate On August 22, 2022. About a week in I decided to research a little more to see how VitalChek was rated on BBB Site. Should have done my do diligence first but I didn't. Read more than a few reviews and most weren't great nor pleasant. Had me worries but at the end of the day worst case, I don't receive my certified Document by the date stated when going through processing which was September 16, 2022. If I didn't receive then I'd file fraudulent charges with my Credit card and receive my Money back. With all the issue showing up on BBB Site and not receiving in the specific time frame VitalChek stated document would be received, I was confident I would be given my money that was charged. Also, little banking education for everyone. The reason. U do this is because if there was infact a fraudulent issue, there will be a 60 to 90 day investigation. In that time frame, bank will send u that money back in return. Only down side is if they side in favor of the company then u will owe that money back. I'd keep that money in savings til all said and done just to be safe. Either way I would have been confident with all the research I did that my bank would have found same issue. Good thing this never came to that. I ordered and received my birth certificate in 8 days. Most would say I was one of the lucky ones. Maybe / Maybe not. My rating for VitalChek is A+ + For great service and prompt delivery 👍. Thanks Again VitalChek!!!

      Scammed out of money paid for a birth certificate that never arrived. Kept telling me that it was in process. Now the bank won't refund money because it has been too long. Buyer beware.

      I ordered my birth certificate on 3/25/2022 and still haven't received it so I called them, they said my order was canceled and a check was send to me which I never received. I asked why it was canceled and the lady said "I don't know".So they gave me a number to call which no one will answer. It's a shame you trust these people and they do this.
