      BEWARE!!! Fraudulent misrepresentation!! I was told there was a promotion where I pay for one wash and get the next 30 days free of washes. NOT ONCE did they mentioned I was subscribing to a monthly fee that was double the amount originally charged. I called customer service and they refuse to give me a refund and had no way to provide me with a email or evidence that the cancellation happened.
      FYI: Fradualent misrepresentation is illegal and they can be sued for it.

      Under no circumstances do not sign up for the monthly subscription and try to cancel it. First, the employee lied about the package I was signing up for. I was told if I signed up I would get one month free by paying for the standard wash package that day. Two weeks later I had a transaction on my credit card for a $41 membership to Modwash. You can not cancel this service online, the company's guest service email does not work, I tried emailing them twice and the email was returned to me. The only option you have is to call the company and after a 20-minute hold and another 20 minutes of the agent restarting her computer three different times she finally advised me my membership had been canceled. I asked for an email confirmation and she advised she could not give me one because their email servers do not work. I was given a confirmation number is the only proof I have of cancelling the membership.

Additionally, we apologize if you had to wait to speak with a representative. We are a relatively small call center, and we are doing our very best to serve our customers. If the agent was having issues that day, they have since been addressed and resolved. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are a carwash, we do clean!

      Wonderful Service! Wonderful Car Wash! Wonderful Concept! Always friendly and quick! Sean was awesome and very nice! Highly recommend Modwash! was a member at clean and they offered nothing close to what mideast does!
