      Today was my first experience using mod wash. The wash was quick and simple. I did not purchase any of the options, but rather chose the basic car wash. I did not feel any pressure to upgrade my wash by staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Logan introduced himself and explained how to use the accessories which was very helpful to a first time visitor.
      After the wash there was plenty of availability for me to use the vacuum and the glass cleaner while working to clean my car. Overall I was pleasantly surprised in the available options to use that were included in the purchase such as towels, cleaner and vacuum. I will be back soon.

      If I could provide 0 stars I would! My experience with this company has been terrible. I spoke to C* M*who refused to acknowledge or resolve my issue. I have been a manager for over 15 years and this was the worst conversation that I have had with a person in customer service thats in position to resolve a customer's issue. She was a awful representation of the company and I will never support this company again based on that interaction. We have a new mod car wash in Fort Mill SC and I will be sure to prevent anyone that I know from using or signing up with this company via social media, etc. A representative at the location provided some incorrect information on when to cancel the service but when I called customer service and escalated the issue to C* M* I had the worst customer service experience that I just spoke of in which she said that I wasn't lied too, refused to provide me with any information to escalated the matter further. There is no way that as a company you value customer service but have someone like that as a point of contact to resolve customer issues.
