      Went to Mod Wash this afternoon, the closest one to my work is off of West avenue. Your employee Landon was just darling! Explained the monthly payments of my new subscription and even reminded me to close my rear seat window before I had my wash! Excellent service you’ve gained a regular customer!

      I went to their website numerous times to cancel my membership, even though I click on the tab to cancel membership, it only gave me the option to upgrade. After trying numerous times I finally call the main office number to cancel. After calling and talking to the employee, I was told "I could have cancel on line" what a joke, I just had to laugh. I told her I tried for hours to do.

      I feel bad because I didn’t ask anyone their names, otherwise I would list every single employee I encountered at Mod Wash today. Brand new location and the entire staff was friendly, helpful, had good energy, all in a great mood and made me smile. Definitely will be back. Great service guys! Keep this momentum.
