      Bait and switch. Got a coupon for a free car wash so I went over to get a car wash. Was told by the service guy that the coupon will not work because it is for non members only. Then asked the guy where does it stated that the coupon is for only non members only .no place on the coupon stated that this coupon is a way to get people over to the car wash

      We canceled our account multiple times and they continued to charge our card for over 6 months, terrible customer service trying to get it done
