      I have a boot on my foot because of a fracture and Tarik was of great help. He wiped my car and washed my floor mats.

      had an issue yesterday as my location where im a member has 3 lanes only 2 were open with both signing up new people oh and 1 was in the members lane only but wouldnt open the 3rd lane i had to sit and wait for a long period of time so i was irratated and yelled the employee got nasty with me and threatened to cancel my membership wow 1 more incident and i will cancel my membership very **** poor customer service

      I signed up to pay $29.99 monthly for service that they didn't waste time to pull from my account.. After they took the money from my account, they closed for 2 1/2 weeks after they claimed was due to weather. I asked was they accommodating me for being closed because my account was deducted for services that I didn't get. The manager on duty said that there was nothing her could do. I asked to speak to a manager above him, some other guy walked over and called someone on the phone who started that I would have to send an email explaining my situation which was actually theirs, then started the guy he spoke with that owned the place would read the email and to see what he can do. I was given a number to call that no one ever picked up on. I then cancelled my service because this was bad business and this place stole my money, I was told noone else complained by the manager, I then said back to him, " I'm not them!" I rode by this car wash daily, car filthy, then they were finally opened, i went in to get a carwash after I had paid for a month of service in advance and only was able to use it after three weeks of paying for it. In the fourth week, I went back 3 days later, which was due to me being that I paid for unlimited monthly service, my pass didn't work becausei cancelled on them, they cancelled my passed but I paid in advance! This place stole from me, never accommodating me for them being closed for 2 1/2 weeks! Bad customer service and they are thieves! You would never get me out my families business again! Customer satisfaction is what brings you business Sir!!!

      I appreciate you taking the time to get in touch. I became really confused when I read your review. Do you mean a car wash that is ModWash-branded? No wash has ever been down for so long, and definitely not for two and a half weeks, at any point recently. That's not how we do business here. We also have a specific Guest Advocate section that is here to help with any issues you might be having.       I visited the new location on 49th St. for the second time to since they’ve been open since Saturday Benjamin was the Staff who helped me today. He really enjoys his job. Definitely a great staff to have on board.
