      i've been a customer with ********************** for many years. I delayed my order till Feb 1 but they charged my card on October 5 without my consent. I've tried emailing and calling with zero response. Everytime I call they say they are closed and to call during business hours, which I am. I cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. order number JP07-4658547 is the order they used when withdrawing from my bank.

      Juice Plus will not allow me to cancel my subscription & has charged my credit card. Their website only includes an email address to reach out for support, but they do not reply to it. I have disputed this on my credit card, but I need to make sure that no further charges will be billed to my credit card. I am going through BBB since JP wants to make it difficult to resolve this directly

      We regret the communication delay while trying to contact us. On October 14th we emailed the Consumer informing him: We appreciate his patience as we work through our emails to assist all customers.  According to our records he disputed the charges associated with his most recent shipment of Chocolate Complete shakes.Unfortunately, that limited our options on what we are able to do regarding the payment made. We are unable to issue a credit back for that payment until the dispute process has run its course and apologized for any inconvenience this may cause.  We also sent him a return label so he can return the product that was shipped and delivered on October 9th.
      In addition, after the response was sent we have tried to follow up with Consumer by telephone.
      Then on October 17th we emailed the Consumer again informing him: We have attempted calling him twice. Once on Oct 16 and on Oct 17.  We wanted to make sure that he received the assistance needing and if any follow up questions.  We also confirmed that a return label was sent to his email address on October 15th.

      We were unable to confirm contact with customer informing them the order was wholly canceled and will not be billed again. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and thank you for being a previous Juice Plus+ customer.

      I placed an order for this companys Luminate product on 9/19/24 and it has now been over a week with no update and Ive yet to receive a tracking number or any communication from the company. Ive filled out the Contact Us form with no response. Ive called and been on hold for over ***** minutes each time and no one ever comes to the phone. My order number is JP07-4539190. I would now like a refund and would appreciate a response. Ive given them ample opportunity to ***ly/reach out to me and they have not other than the generic email I received on 9/27. I tried calling once more and was on hold for over an hour and no one ever came to the phone. I requested a call back for a second time and no one called. You cant take a customers money, promise 2 day shipping, and not send any further information. I was told by the *** I ordered through that they didnt have my phone number to reach out to me. Even if they didnt have my number they have my email address so that is no excuse. This is disappointing on many levels because I wanted to be able to support this ***, but this companys bad communication practices has ruined that. I now do not want the product and would like a refund.

      order placed sept 15 2024, via the website, they had no problem taking my money. but have not sent my product. I have tried several times to contact them through Email and phone with no response. . I have used their automated system to cancel my order, and I received no response and no refund.

      On 9/24/2024 Juice Plus charged my card on file on two separate occasions; Once in the amount of $61.97 and again in the amount of $15.27. I have not ordered or authorized either of these payments to be made to Juice Plus. I have not received any product from the company, nor have I received any shipping information. When I log into my account it states I am not due to receive products until January 25th 2025. Juice Plus has charged my card without me authorizing them to do so and without me authorizing an order. I have now emailed the company over three times and tried to call for a week to figure out what is going on and receive a refund for unauthorized charges to my card. There has been no response to my emails and no one answers the phone after waiting for hours. I have now submitted in writing to Juice Plus my intention to cancel my subscription and account. I would like my subscription cancelled immediately due to their fraudulent charges on my card.

      Through a family friend, my mom signed up for monthly subscription to JuicePlus+ vitiamins. My mom has lived with Parkinsons for over 25 years and is currently in an assisted living facility. The Facility changed their policy and now only allows prescribed vitamins and medications. We have been trying for close to a year to cancel her membership, but the company has not been responsive. We then tried to dispute the claim through her *************** credit card company which help for a few months, but the charges have started again. I have called and emailed the company with no luck. They are crooks and preying on senior citizens like my mom, a disabled, widowed former teacher. I ask that you please assist us in her canceling her membership and obtaining a refund for at least the last 6 months.

      I have been with Juice plus for years and Im getting tired of the rudeness of his customer service staff one of the individuals that works there. His name is **** and she is a witch from h*** shes very rude and disrespectful to me as a veteran. I find her very disrespectful, shes also very much a phony type person shes not real One of the reasons I was with Juice plus is because it was recommended to me by a friend of mine during that timeframe when I first started, the customer service people were were dynamite now sudden with them an American attitude. I find it also very difficult to speak to these obviously calls us when its hard to understand them and when you complain, they dont like it, also they are way overpriced and what they are asking for what they dont offer any discounts for seniors or Veterans, which is very despicable. I believe this company is price Gouging! After my conversation with **** on the phone, I decided that I just cant keep up with pain for crappy customer service. In all honesty the reason Im complaining about this is I think theyre way too expensive and I dont trust the company plus I dont like being disrespected by anyone I put my neck on the line for this country for freedom not to be disrespected. Juice plus has gone downhill since I first started with it what Im looking forward an apology I canceled my wifes my monthly deal with them because its just way too expensive and we cant afford it anymore. I do believe Ive been with Juice plus since ******************************************* the company as far as Im concerned this **** is idiot and if this is how youre gonna have The company treating customers they shouldnt even be in business. I will say this the people on the oversee call center. They took my cancellation. Treated me much better than **** did why they keep this woman on the job. I dont know all I can tell you, I will not go back to Juice plus ever again I wont recommend it to anyone either

      I am rejecting this response because: because their purpose, arrogant attitude, and also the way they treat people is very unprofessional. Its not just canceling everything. The only thing this company cares about is making money. They dont care how rude the customer service people are also theres no formal apology when I read this I laughed because they have proven not only is this company very arrogant pompous, but they cant back up with this saying when it comes to these items that they are selling. I also know in the future, I will not ever purchase anything from them again and since I also know other people to take the stuff, Im gonna get away from it. If this company wants to be very rude and disrespectful, and also not offer any discounts for seniors or veterans discounts or even incentives long-term customers then thats very sad. I dont believe they will stay in business Because of their arrogant attitude. They say you get more honey than you do for vinegar and with this case this company is ********* I will not in the future do any more business with them again because this company does not care about people whatsoever it only cares about a profit After reading all the stuff I heard about this company they cant back up with this saying is correct that its healthy for you! The attitude is very lousy the way they responded Which I did expect because of their pompous, arrogant attitude just like ****, who works for them So this tells me that this company is extremely arrogant and pompous, and they dont care about peoples health or people!

      I am rejecting this response because: There is no formal apology for The very despicable treatment that I received from **** and also a few others at Juice plus. This company is despicable. The management is also very despicable. They dont know how to treat customers, especially loyal customers. The only thing that this ********************** cares about is making money its not about people, its also an anti-American company who does not support our country as a patriot. This is a very lousy company that is only interested in doing one thing making money up innocent people and also providing lousy customer service. Also, nothing to support what they are saying thats good for you! The sad part about this is they only care about one thing making money. But I have found since dealing with Juice plus is they are very rude. That tells me that their CEO including upper management has the same attitude. They have also insulted the veterans put their neck in line for their freedom with no respect for what we have done for our country for their freedom. As far as Im concerned, Juice plus anti-American and its also a communist socialist company that should not be in business, and I am a strong believer, when you have bad service like you have with these people, you will lose business because when you are very good to people, it used to be that way now its gone downhill. They wont stay in business because people cannot afford their prices after this since I know some Juice plus customers , Im gonna tell them to get away from this company and I will also share it with them then how I was treated because I know that my friends too complain on how pricey it is. I will not invest any money into a company thats anti-American. They also treats. and all its customers like dirt. I doubt this ********************** will stay in business long because when you treat people horrible, it comes back on you. I know I will do everything. I can to put the word out about this company that they should not be in business, and they are very rude and despicable.

      I've been trying to make a payment on their system, but the system doesn't allow me to change my card. Tried multiple times to contact customer service and they're not helpful. After many attempts and emails to prove this, I've wasted too much time on this issue. Need to have the ability to change payment method online. Company can contact me via email regarding the issue. Canceled our subscription since the company has been incompetent and there are many other options that are better on the market.

      Customer attempted to update payment information online, prior to 2/9/24, unsuccessfully.  On 2/9/24 customers order was sent to collections due to nonpayment.  Customer contacted us on 2/12/24, after receiving collections notice that they could not update payment information.  Advised customer to call **********************+.  Customer did not want to call.  Ultimately we opted to waive customers remaining payments and notified them by phone (left voicemail) and sent a email that we had done so.

      purchased item on November 11, 2022, sent company email canceling orders and telling them that "I do not authorized them to take any money from my account." Company sent shipping label on 12/13/22 for me to return unopened items which was four bottles. Due to the fact I had an allergic reaction. I shipped items back 12/14/22. see tracking attached with email chain. Company still charged my account $112.50. I see regardless this company practice is to illegally charge consumers account even after their consumer contract and obligations have been met. At this point company is a SCAM

      After receiving a request from *****************************, our ******** Service agent immediately cancelled the order and all future payments due.  A return label was issued to the customer (which ******** attached above).  The product return has since been received and payment has been refunded.  There is a zero balance on this account.

      The timeline we have on record is as follows:

      Nov 17 customer was charged $112.50 for her order.

      Dec 13 customer requested to cancel the order and all subsequent payments due; refund label was provided.

      Jan 9th, 2023 - refund of $112.50 was applied.

      Dear BBB, please help. It is actually weird that am contacting you to tell you that this company seem like a scam. The reason for this is, I was locked out of my account and I contacted juice plus on November 23, see screenshot of the email ) and all I receive is automatic message about the amount I need to pay from my subscription. On December 1st, I received a phone call from a stranger that asked for my credit card over the phone to pay for juiceplus. I told her I dont feel comfortable giving my credit card and will like to request for online payment or ability to pay online. So I told this juiceplus representative that password reset button(forgot password) on their website is not working because am not receiving password request access in my email. While speaking to her, I decided to send a email via the contact us form on their website asking for access to my account . Unfortunately, the only response or reply was thesame automatic spam message from juiceplus. Question regarding my account or how to pay was never answered . See second screenshot The lady also said if money is not paid I will be sent to collection agency. I am asking that you please contact this company to allow me access to my juiceplus account, send me a invoice documenting everything paid out to them and also send me proof of any payment made. Thank you

      A Mercy has been a Juice Plus+ customer since August 2022.  During that time the customer made 3 of 4 scheduled payments of $57.73 on time.  The 4th payment however was unable to process.  There were communication exchanges between Juice Plus+ and the customer, of which A Mercy provided documentation of such when filing the complaint. In the email, we provided instructions and options to make the payment submission as convenient as possible. 

      On Dec 6, 2022 A Mercy submitted payment in full.  There is no longer a balance due on the account. I have attached documentation that shows there is a zero balance due.

      We apologize that there was confusion around the final payment due, and are happy that a resolution has been reached.
