The technician Ben did a great job in explaining what he checked on our Heat Pump. took some great pictures to document his work and recommended to us some things to consider in the future. He was prompt in coming when he said he would. He wore coverings over his shoes as he entered our house to check the thermostat and vent temperatures and airflow, He provided an excellent follow-up report by email for our records. We were pleased as normal with Lee Company professional services for our home maintenance.Lee Company

I had a follow up appointment for a reset of my toilet and also to install a new garbage disposal.
The technician Shawn was very polite and completed the jobs to my satisfaction.

Jack B**** and Kyle from Lee Company, came to my home today, 11/07/2022, to perform HVAC
inspection on my furnace and associated equipment. They were very professional and thorough
in the inspection and explained everything to me in a satisfied manner. I spoke with Kyle on the
options and recommendations that he suggested. Pictures of these were made, so I had a visual
of what the situation was and what could be done to improve the HVAC. I am taking a look at the
recommendations that he offered and will get back with Kyle in 2 weeks on my decision. Jack and
Kyle were very friendly and helpful. They are fine employees of Lee Company. Thanks so much.Lee Company

Lee Company always sends professional and kind technicians out to perform whatever duty is needed. We have used them for plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs. We just recently had our HVAC units checked for the winter. Our tech was thorough and explained the entire process and results with me. I can't say enough nice things about them.Lee Company

I was very pleased with the Lee Company technician Shawn N*****.
He contacted me to advise me as to when he was going to arrive at my house.
He was very polite and extremely informative and took the time to explain what he was doing and
why he was doing the different testings on my sinks and drains and toilets.
I will be requesting him specifically to do all my future water inspections.
i feel very lucky that I had him here to do my house inspection.Lee Company

The reason I depend on Lee Company is because of the wonderful technicians they hire.
My electrician was experienced, personable, and could be scheduled promptly.
I felt very comfortable having him solve my electrical problems.
