I have used Lee Company for all of my installs, maintenance and repairs until we installed a complete encapsulation from Lee Company. It took over one year to get everything completed up to standards (like NOT leaking when it rained when the whole purpose of an encapsulation is NO moisture). Therefore, I have moved on to other companies when it comes to plumbing or electrical concerns. Their lack of communications is very evident!Stella W.

We have been trying to get our encapsulation job completed for over one year. Every time it rains, it still leaks water under the house. We were "sold" this job when mold and moisture was confirmed under the house and we had a 5 month old living with us. To spend over $20K and still see water, bugs, spiders, and dirt under the house, it's very frustrating. We used to use Lee Company for all of our repairs, but no longer. It's difficult to get someone to call you back and when you point out the issues, it's been like putting a band aid on it as it STILL leaks!Review fromAlan K

I’ve had a couple repairs done by lee company, did the yearly contract with them, their techs are great guys, they are though and inform you of everything they don’t try and push anything on you. I am definitely satisfied which everything.

Travis s. was absolutely wonderful. He was very polite and he took the time to explain to me
what he was going to do as far as inspecting my heating system and gave me a suggestion for
me to improve my system to operate more efficiently.
I also appreciated him taking the time to install my 3 air filters since they were due to be changed.
I'm so lucky that I have Lee Company to do my HVAC, Electrical and Water inspections.
I definitely will inform my friends to consider using Lee Company.Lee Company

We have used Lee Company for several years and are very pleased with their service and HVAC units. Our service tech today was Akeem and did a very thorough job in checking our unit and was very helpful in explaining the procedures and answering questions. Five stars for Akeem and Lee Company.
