James G***** is the best. Where others were stumped how to repair my pipes and find the reason for the back-up, James, through determination and much effort, discovered the problem at 9:00pm at night! He was determined to find the problem so he could repair it the next day. The next day, he fixed the problem and re-installed the toilets and had the shower in working order. An unexpected bonus was that he cleaned up any mess he had made. His assistant technicians, Jeremiah and Colin were just as professional and friendly. Thank you Lee Co!
James was courteous, professional, hard working, easy to talk with, explained the problem and solution clearly and even cleaned up when work was done. You don't find that kind of committment and professionalism in todays age.
Thank you Lee Co., I will never use another plumbing company.

Lee Company is an outstanding company - have used them for many years at my last 5 addresses in over 25 years. My Plumbing Technician today, Joe was as good as you can get - knowledgeable, Professional, courteous and friendly. Understood all his recommendations and clearly explained everything. I'm so glad that I found Lee Company! They are so very helpful, and they replaced my water heater the next day! I am VERY happy with their service and customer service! Signing up for the annual contract saved me quite a bit of money, and Johnny walked me through the process of getting credit to pay. The technician Thomas did a great job and sent photos and videos of the completed work by email. I definitely recommend Lee Company!Lee Company

The best, easiest and nicest company I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! They’re almost never late and they call if they’re going to be later than they said.Everyone who has been here has been extremely respectful and pleasant to have in my home. If they are a little higher than others, it is well worth it! They have great maintenance agreements which, at my age is a Godsend. I would highly recommend Lee Company to anyone who needs HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.Lee Company

Techs have provided excellent service over past 10 years to my home.
Recently I had no hot water. The tech asked for the date of installation and found it was still under warranty. He was able to provide a temporary fix until the new part was received. He wanted to ensure I had hot water.There was no cost for the installation of the new part.
They will take time to answer any questions.
I am signed up for a yearly review of my Heating, A/C, electrical and plumbing. The knowledgeable techs give me comfort that everything is in working order.
