5 starsBlake D***** was the technician who came out to service my heating unit. He did everything quickly and efficiently, was extremely knowledgeable, and answered several questions I had concerning my unit. I would highly recommend him and the Lee Company to anyone!

My elderly parents bought a house in Gallatin, TN and we moved them down from Chicago a week ago. Their 6th night (a Saturday) in the house was the first cold night and we realized the heat was not working in this new house. Lee Company was the only 24/7 service that answered our emergency call. They came and tried to get the system running at 10:00 pm. The fix didn’t last, but we were able to call first thing Sunday morning and they came straight back out to help and figure out the problem. Unfortunately the system was full of damages and my parents decided to replace the whole system. Lee Company immediately installed the new system today (Monday) and my parents have their heat back. All of the Lee Company techs were friendly, helpful and patient. They provided outstanding service with detailed reports and photos. I am thankful this company put forth the effort to go above and beyond!Lee Company
