1 starI have never been more unhappy with this stay. It is so gross. Our cabin is full of dust, there’s a dirty ring around our hottub, floors dirty, jacuzzi tub was dirty, had to clean it. Also the carpet smells like mold where the people come in from the hot tub real bad. I can’t believe this at all. They can do better after how much we paid. Latest thing we had access to a pool but can’t go in it because it’s so dirty and the employee said he wouldn’t advise us swimming in it. It was cloudy and green. 1 starTerrible business, even worse customer service. We booked a large cabin for the four of us, we wanted to make it a memorable trip. They canceled on us when we were an hour out stating that there was safety concerns with the deck. They offered us three other properties to choose from that were half the size and far from comparable to what they charged me for. I guess I could have rested easy because they told me there wouldn’t be any additional charges for the sub par properties they offered… There was one we would have considered and when I called back ten minute later they booked it out from underneath us. Why offer it? The only silver lining I guess is they issued a full refund for the rental. Had a coworker looking to rent through them after our trip, needless to say he will be booking elsewhere. 10/10 would not recommend!Review fromBrody R

1 starI’ll start off by saying if I could give the customer service a 0/5 I would! reasons we rented this place was the view (it was over grown), hot tub, covered in thick dark green algae, and the pool table (sticky grimy and had stains all over it!) The biggest damper was the hot tub situation in which they would not compensate any money back for. dryer did not work, there what looked like dried boogers on pillows, hockey table cuts out, pucks are worn out, the checkers game had missing pieces washers were being used in place of those missing pieces not a huge deal but is a choking hazard to our littles, outlet covers were broke also a shock hazard for kids, broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher, blender smelled of rotten milk after being hand washed and dishwashed, can’t properly sweep because of the big cracks in between the pieces of flooring, the can opener did not work, it was bent and the gears were stripped out. The pots and pans were sticky and falling apart, there is no ceiling fans in the bedrooms so we found 2 box fans they sounded awful due to being broken, the floors need shmpooed and mopped your feet would be black within an hour of getting a shower. There was also no cleaning supplies. There was burned cigarette holds on our sheets as well. This cabin could be very nice if it were updated and well taken maintained But biggest complaint the customer service is absolutely awful they told us that the amount of complaints we had was abnormal like we were lying or in the wrong. We let the little things go but after we were treated the way we were about the hot tub situation we brought everything else to light and they defended their crew stating that what we were saying was not true and they follow a “strict” policy. They stated that the hot tub was cleaned and sanitized prior to our stay. We have proof of everything listed. They would not compensate any of our money back for the hot tub we could not even use. 1 starI rented a cabin for spring break. The day before my arrival I was called and asked if I wanted to change or cancel my reservations. I said no as I had already flown to North Carolina where I was picking up my in-laws. They told me my cabin had something wrong with so the would accommodate me by giving me two different cabins to stay in over my 4 night stay. The first cabin was very nice. But after the second night I was told the other cabin would be ready early because I was moving with food and children. We had to wait over 3 hours for it to be ready.
Then to be disappointed by how dirty and run down it was. The sheet looked dirty and dingy. The floor was so dirty my granddaughters socks had to be thrown out. None of the TVs worked. They sent maintenance that could not fix all the TVs. I asked to be moved but was told that they had nothing available. I went to the cabin that I

Rented Cabin over Christmas - Dishwasher did not work, ice maker did not work, one tv was not connected, tub was clogged with hair, not enough chairs, and not enough dishes. Called office several times and sent emails, finally sent a person day before our departure and he could only clear clog (hair) not ours. Left us stoppers for sinks to wash dishes. Got a response from Cabins for You and it was SORRY and that was it. Did offer my son a credit for a future stay (they had to be kidding). Their response to our issues was terrible.Cabins for You

By no means is this how any guest should spend their vacation, and we regret knowing this was your experience. Broken appliances, faulty TVs, clogged drains, and more are very frustrating to deal with. Then, having difficulty reaching us when reporting these issues is unacceptable. We understand we dropped the ball in communicating with you effectively, and we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. While we recognize our offer of a gift certificate may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, this is all we're able to offer. 1 starHorrible Experience! Dirty Cabin! Never Again!

We booked this cabin and upon arrival at our cabin, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, food on the floor, the hot tub water was green and without chlorine, the air hockey table didn't work, there was a water bottle left on the banister, ripped felt on the pool table, a dirty pan left in the dishwasher and no dishwasher pods to wash the dishes. We have never had issues like this when going through other booking sites. I reported this all to Cabins For You upon arrival and they basically said they would file a maintenance report, but not sure what that even meant. The cleaning people arrived the next day (Thanksgiving) with a Folgers can and told us to take 2 of the chlorine tablets in the can, and put them in the feeder, then to give the rest back to them, which we did. We ended up having to clean all of the dishes in the kitchen due to the fact that we didn't trust that they had been cleaned and didn't want to get sick. I provided all of these details to Cabins For You and they basically told me that they would give us a gift certificate for $75 (4% of what we paid) to rent from them again. This is unacceptable and I then came to find out that there were issues with this property just 4 weeks prior to our stay. We went back and forth and Nicole at Cabins For You was unwilling to refund ANY of our money of over $1900 for a 4 night stay. I would NEVER stay with them again and encourage you to look else-ware when considering properties for rent. Totally unprofessional and customer service was pretty much non-existent!Review fromSam P

1 starMy family and I traveled for 5 hours to stay at the The Hanky Panky cabin in Gatlinburg TN. We got here at 3pm but check in time wasn’t until 4pm. We were told that the cabin needed to be inspected first before we were let in. So we drove around the town and came back at 4pm. Upon entering the cabin, specifically the Cabin located in Sevierville city, I immediately noticed the smell. When I opened the dishwasher it was full of dirty dishes and food. This was a huge disappointment. When speaking to the manager Paige, she was very aggressive and rude. She did offer to send someone out to clean the cabin but she was not apologetic, instead she had an attitude. Again very disappointed!!! Will not recommend!Review fromMonica S

1 starMy 7th year booking with this company and it will be last time. This company has erroneous finance practices and force consumers to sign a contractual agreement that they do not enforce. When balance discrepancies arise the contractual agreement is no longer use as substantial evidence. The contractual agreement shows total cost and applicable total paid and remaining balance however this company uses a separate financial tracking system that is not shared with consumer which due to the information being withheld from the consumer it results in discrepancies that will always have the consumer on the losing end. When discussing my issue the told me that the contractual agreement should be viewed as a perception and not a legally binding document. I like the cabin accommodation offerings but I can not in good faith continue to patronize a company that represent perception versus fact when it concerns financials.Review fromJeffrey P

1 starHorrible experience! The "cabin" turned out to be a old apartment building, dingy at best. While it said twice in the listing it was a cabin and that we would have the "whole cabin" it was not. The "condo" itself was dirty, a diaper left from the last people on floor, chips in hot tub, and the last people's hair in tub, sink, and counters. The bed was so old I couldn't even find manufacturer information, horribly uncomfortable. The couches were ripped up and in terrible shape. Dirty dishes. Shower curtain covered in mildew. Tried calling, took 3 days to finally speak to a manager and they at first offered me 65 dollars, finally have back 100, not even enough to cover a 1 night stay. There is more, but I think you get the point, I'd suggest getting a cabin elsewhere, I've been coming to gatlinburg area for years and never had a company be so callous and a place in such poor shape, deplorable.
