    Rented 2042 ******** *** Pigeon Forge. By Dollywood Paid $1,836.70 for 3day for a nasty and filthy cabin. To start no parking cabin was under construction only the outside decks and they still did not feel safe. Lumber took all leave ground had to park on a concrete pad ready to slide down the mountain. NO WORKING LIGHTS OR OUTLETS in master bedroom lamps on floor, someone tried to fix outlets in master bedroom and bath copper wire and screws all over floor and counter top. Place as so filthy placed towels on bath and bedroom floor to walk on, and the rugs so nasty i cant believe people live like this, food and dirt under table just so nasty dishes in kitchen not washed im so glad we ate out every day. I WANT MY CLEANING FEE PER STAY BACK $225.00 the place was disgusting. Property should not rehabbed NOT RENTED.

    This was our second time staying in the oak hideaway cabin with cabins for you. The first time we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay so much we booked it again . They have obviously changed cleaning companies because this time the cabin was disgusting. It smelled like dog pee so bad in the living room that we couldn’t even go in there . We used an entire can of Lysol to make it bearable in the cabin. The floors were covered in dog hair and the dishes were dirty . The silver ware had caked on food on them . But that’s not the bad part .. my elderly father , my son and daughter were eat up in bed bug bites . I sent an email when we got home with our concerns and to inform them of the bed bugs and they offered to give my cleaning fee of $125 in the form of a gift card they flat out refused to give a refund for the cleaning fee. Several days later my bank account was charged $150 . They stated there was feces on the rug of the room we didn’t even go into. The pictures they sent were of big turds my 5 lb yorkie poops rabbit size pellets . I told them I would be more than happy to send them pictures of her poop . They not only refused to make it right and correct the situation . They lied about the gift certificate and charged me an additional $150.. we will never use this company again. They are deceitful people . They also never once addressed the bed bug issue so that tells me they already knew about it .

    Owl's Mountain View was a terrible pick. Out of all of the beds (2kings, 1queen, 2twins) none of the linens were clean. The twin beds had urine stains on them and it was a Queen bed in the room that had brown spots on the comforter. One of the king beds had stains all on the pillows and white stains all on the comforter. In this same toom, there was mold in the corners and nasty Q-tips on the side of the sink. In addition, there were red stains on the rug in the bathroom. The other king bed had stains on the comforter and pillows as well. On top of that, when the water was turned on, it ran brownish in color and gave off a foul smell. When I asked about a partial refund they said I couldn't get one because we had already checked in. We only stayed one night and we had reservations for 4 days, 3 nights. We were told that someone would be out the next day to clean up and make it right but they didn't send someone out until 3:45p.m the next day. So what were we supposed to do, sit in a nasty cabin, NO. We packed up and left and were still denied a partial refund of the room. Check in time was 4p.m and we arrived almost an hour and a half after that so it was no reason for the Cabin to be as nasty as it was. We drove 7 hours expecting a nice and clean Cabin in the woods just to be disappointed ??

    Apparently when you rent a cabin from them they automatically sign you up for their rewards program. I've never seen a rewards program that actually costs more than the rewards you would get in return. They never sent me anything showing a contract about their rewards program either. They sent me an email stating to update my card or my membership would be cancelled so I responded and said to cancel and they responded with "you have 9 more payments $134.xx total to pay before you can cancel". Now how are you going to cancel me but I can't cancel you? On top of that the deck had loose boards and so did the flooring around the downstairs jacuzzi tub in Bella Vista cabin and the hot tub was dangerously overfilled.

    They have nice cabins but the cancelation policy is a rip off. Even if you are a member and purchase trip insurance they will still charge you a "cancelation fee" and "reservation fee" mines was $167 which is highway robbery, insanely high to cancel a trip. I will not be booking through them ever again.

    Never stay at this cabin ! It was so dirty we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the day we got there. The owners didn’t refund any money or do anything about it.

    Lacking for nothing is a terrible house.This place scammed my wife and I out of 190 dollars for stains on items we did not use on our 48 hour stay. The cleaning crew did not notice said damage before our stay so they assumed we used item that we did not. Have tried to reach out but get no response. This is a place that calls itself christian but takes your money in bogus fees. I even requested items to be sent to me that I had to supposedly replace.
    We never left the downstairs and stayed out all day. No meals or anything in the house. If you rent this house you are a risking a scam and no response. It's not even the money but the principal these people will not even respond to you. If the owners are not scamming they better keep an eye on their cleaners and people who inspect.

    Thinking about renting a cabin in the Pigeone Forge/seiverville/Gatlinburg area?? If you do, be sure to avoid, at all costs, the “Cabins For You” rental company. Below is just a sample of the frustrations we have dealt with while in our “peaceful, relaxing” vacation using one of their cabins…
    Here’s what you get for $5k:
    - [ ] Hot tub causing UTIs - so badly that one person had to go to the ER in the middle of the night
    - [ ] Pool room that’s so bad with chemicals we break into coughing fits and it burns our eyes within minutes of walking in
    - [ ] Pool water is cold
    - [ ] Sheets are too small for beds
    - [ ] No dishwasher soap
    - [ ] One hand towel in kitchen
    - [ ] One hand towel in bathroom
    - [ ] 2 garbage cans for a family of 10 for a week
    - [ ] 2 garbage bags
    - [ ] A virtually empty welcome bag with garbage in it (yes, really, garbage was in it - along with a small sponge, a small bottle of generic dish soap and two baby sized spray on deodorants)
    - [ ] Breaker tripped upstairs on arrival so there was no AC
    - [ ] Electrician showed up without notice and demanded to be let in - in the middle of the day so we had to stay here
    - [ ] No water pressure
    - [ ] And the glorious construction on all sides of us that wakes us at 7:30 am and keeps going until evening, that also blocks our drive so we can’t get in or out until we hunt down the vehicle owners to make them move
    I call them and they offered a gift certificate toward another stay in the future. Needless to say, I’d rather not.

    Do not rent from these people. Their cabins are filthy not cleaned between rentals. Take your money offer an apology and laugh all the way to the bank. How can they get an A+ rating and only a 1.3 score

    Stayed at the honeymoon cabin the last weekend of April 2023 and had a bad experience.
    1.blinds broken
    2.not enough towels for a two night stay
    3.blankets had burn holes in them
    4.Side table is fragile - not glue together and you can’t put anything on it
    5.toilet seat broken
    6.floor dirty with dead bugs everywhere - I had to sweep every 20-30 minutes from all the bugs coming out of nowhere
    7. pillows smell and are old - I was scared I was going to get pink eye
    8. Multiple floor gaps that made it easy to trip over
    9. living room fan loose so it made noise when on like it was going to fall
    I spent over $400 for an awful experience. I should’ve stayed at a nice hotel nearby for the same price or cheaper.
