1 starI am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of service that I have received from True Green. I expect that my lawn would be maintained professionally and that the results would reflect the price that I paid for the service. As a customer of TruGreen Orlando, I have trusted their services to keep my lawn healthy and green. Unfortunately, after 1-year service I received was not up to par, As a result, my lawn is now in worse condition than it was before the service, with patchy areas and weeds growing uncontrollably.Review fromElizabeth A

Beware of TruGreen in the **************. They will tell you the charge is one thing and then run a different amount on your credit card. Long story short, I cancelled after 4 days and wanted full refund. Still short $52.29. It's a scam.TruGreen

Tru Green, apparently has employed some very incompetent customer service representatives. They keep rescheduling dates of service after I have spoken to them, and been assured of a later scheduled month and date. Everytime I speak with a representative They assured me that the ************* has been canceled and they will come out in April as requested. However two days later , I receive an email of a next day visit. This has happened at least 4 times. I don't know what else to do. I'm on the verge of canceling. Apparently, the management team is not resolving customers concerns, because the complaints continue to roll in, regarding similar customer complaints.TruGreen

**************** is beyond horrible. We moved to a new home a few years ago. No matter how hard I tried or who I spoke to, they kept servicing my old home in addition to my new home. Finally got fed up and canceled my contract, but they keep servicing my new home and charging me for it. This is after I received a refund after canceling. Talked to them again. They have no record of me canceling. All they ever did was add notes to my account, instead of fixing the problems. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.TruGreen

I moved into my house two years ago and hired trugreen to do my grass, it looks worse Now then when I first moved inI have brown patches and bald spots. I have more weeds than at anytime and I was paying for weed removal. Trugreen is the worst. Their technicians are dishonest and liars. One day a try green technician came out and sprayed my lawn to kill the weeds on my lawn and she never went into the back of my yard. She swore up and down she did but I have cameras in my backyard, so when I told her that my motion detection, cameras never even picked her up going back there she changed her story.TruGreen

We let the customer know we had already reached out to the local management team, and will make sure the individual involved received the proper coaching. The customer mentioned his concerns about the current condition of the lawn, and we offered to set up a property visit with one of our service managers. *********** manager would be able to determine what can be done to help the lawn improve. The worst business ever! The salesman lies and then you get passed around and no one returns your call. I was told they always test the soil first to know how to treat your lawn, and I wanted the front and sides of my house done. When the technician came he just started pushing this little spreader around (one like we have in **********). I went out asked why he didn't test the soil and he said that wasn't part of the order. I immediately called the salesman back and his manager and kept getting voice mail all day. I called customer service and at least they apologized and said someone would call me back. I later got an email saying this has already been addressed. I am stopping my credit card so they don't try to sneak in a payment. Never should have trusted ******.TruGreen

I have used trugreen for years, but last several years the service has been horrible. I have valuable show dogs and have called repeatedly requesting they be sure to close the gate. Have to remind them every year at least once. One day came home from work to find technician had opened one of my kennels and was playing with one off my *******. Malamutes. Today (February 27th) they serviced my lawn that was 3/4 covered with snow. I called to complain and was told they would come back and reservice.. I replied what good would that due when the lawn has been snow covered since before Xmas. They finally offered me discount of $19.95 on a$60 dollar bill. It took me 3 phone calls requesting a supervisor (never was connected to one) The 3rd time I was told to hangup and the supervisor would call me right back. did not call back. I then went out back and the gate was wide open. I called back and told them to cancel the service. 30 minutes after I cancelled the service a supervisor called after I went outside to get me dogs a supervisor called and left no message. It will be a cold day in Hades b4 I will ever use them again sand good luck receiving the $40 or $60 for last serviceTruGreen

I'm not one to ever leave bad reviews, but if I could give TruGreen zero stars, I would. These people are horrible and maybe even borderline scammers. They have serviced my lawn for years and the last couple of years my lawn has looked horrendous. First of all, they only ever treated 1/3 of my lawn (I never noticed because they only show up when I'm at work), they ignored my very basic request of where to treat for mosquitos, AND someone randomly showed up at my house unannounced and was walking through all of the gardens around the house and scared the living daylights out of my wife.Long story short, I called them FOUR times last summer to cancel my services and they would still show up every month to service my property. I literally chased them off my property and immediately called customer service to cancel (again). Each time I was promised that all services had been cancelled. Fast forward to now (Feb 2022), I just got a text saying my next service is scheduled for Monday. So I called again, was given the run around (offered discounts and managers to come look at the property) and when I asked him to verify no one was going to show up on Monday he all of a sudden couldn't hear me anymore and disconnected the call.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!TruGreen

Trugreen claims they came to my house to do services and NEVER showed up and charging me for 2 different applications that was NEVER agreed upon. I have cameras around my house ADT. So, nobody ever came and plus they didn't put a sign out nor nothing on my door and I was at home. They went to the lady across the street but NOT my address. Therefore, they need to take the $136.64 off my account NOW.TruGreen
