      I used True Green for many years. The past few years the service was horrible. They did the neighbors yard twice. I sent pictures of the many weeds in my lawn, said they would retreat which they did and told me it would take 3 to four weeks to see results? I can go to Lowes or ******* and get products that work in a few days to a week. They only did my front yard and left ( seen it on my outdoor camera). Then once pulled up to the house never got out of the truck drove away and emailed they couldnt do the yard. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

      Wow, so many bad reviews! You'd think TruGreen would get on the stick and start contracting with better, more reliable local companies. Our first year was fine, our second (2022) was slipshod, with visits bunched up in the center of the year, then nothing after Sept. Also, the same crappy, bald patches continued to look crappy, so there was obviously no interest or pride in actually doing the job well. Called to cancel today after I noticed they slithered out last week and did an unannounced, unwanted service. BEWARE: if you don't explicitly cancel, they will auto-renew.

      We have been with Tru Green for years and our service was great for years until this. Past Summer 2022. Normally made payments throughout the winter months for end of summer over seeding service. But between local company and ***************** we were called and harassed on a daily basis with non stop calls from ***************** and after speaking to our local Tru Green in ***** ** they couldn't believe the way we were treated with service cancelled notices and threats of being turned over to collection. We NEVER missed a payment and made a final $303.00 payment today 2/3/2023 in order to stop the non stop daily calls for payment. We look forward to working with a new local company that takes care of the ********* ** area. We were paying over $2000.00 a year for our yard to be treated. Best wishes *************************

      I contracted TruGreen to service my lawn but after about a year and close to $1200.00 my lawn still looks horrible. They offer me a reseeding and aeration in the fall. Meanwhile they want me to keep paying. No thanks!

      There is no option for zero stars, so I will use this space to say Big Zero. I used Trugreen 2 ******* ago and lost 3 services because the worker noted there were dogs in the back yard. The dogs were inside the house. I work from home and on two of these occasions the tech never got out of the truck. When I called about a credit for missed services, the attendant was rude and hung up on me. So today, (1/31/2024) a rep from Trugreen called, hoping to sign me up. I told him my story and said I wasnt interested. He kept talking and I repeated myself. He told me that Trugreen is new and improved. Still not interested. He said, and I quote, why you still talking then?, and hung up on me. I think its time for ******** NEVER USE TRUGREEN

      Thank you for your feedback.  A member of the corporate care team reached out to this former customer.  We apologized to her for the behavior of our sales representative.  We let her know we would find out who contacted her, and make sure they receive additional coaching so this does not happen to anyone else.  We also let her know we would reach out to the local service team to let them know about the concerns she had while she was a customer with us.

      Just cancelled my service AGAIN! Suppose to be cancelled in December but they sprayed again in January. At start of service I saw a slight improvement.After that a steady decline in service and yard is loaded with weeds. They sprayed right before Christmas and yard look dead for the holidays. I do not recommend this company and from now on I will do it myself!!!

      Have kept getting calls after I said we had gone with another company. When I called to get a quote, the salesman was very very pushy! I had to hangup finally to get off the phone. Now I have gotten 3 calls a out their service. I called 1-800-tru-gree to be taken off their call list. I hope it works!!

      I hired TruGreen summer of 2022. I was not satified with the quality of their product so I called in July 2022 and cancelled their service since I hired another company that was recommended. I specifically told the customer service representative I was cancelling because I was going with another service. I was told at that time my money would be refunded.I received phone calls after that as well as one of their workers knocking in my door to discuss my service. I mentioned at least 4 to 5 time I cancelled my service because I hired another company. One of the workers even mentioned to me he saw I had services rendered by the other company because of the warning flags placed in my yard.Now on January 18, 2023 another representative calls about my service. Yet again I stated my service was cancelled earlier that year. She states she sees the service was put on hold for a month then started up again. I told her that I specifically stated my service was cancelled because I hired another company. Not once was it stated my account would be put on hold for a month. She told me they would not refund my account back to when I cancelled. Ibtold her if they did render services it was their mistake since I cancelled back in July and had ******* as my lawn service. She stated she would review the phone calls. It angers me that their representative took it upon themselves to ignore my decision to cancel my service back in July 2022. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will warn people if they think about hiring Trugreen that thay will be scammed out of their money if they ever choose to cancel services.

      Where do I start?..The service was good, although my yard doesnt really look like it benefited from it. The only downside to the whole thing is that when I prepaid I told the sales rep that I didnt want to continue the service once the prepaid amount was expended until I spoke with him about how the service had been so I could let him know if I wanted to continue. He promised that the company would abide with our deal and he gave me my military discount. Next thing you know ** getting a paper bill mailed to me and Im beyond surprised. Honestly was expecting better than this, not a very good first impression. So now Im thinking of recommending to my neighbors on my street to go with someone else. Stupid $125.11 bill. In the ******** neighborhood in ********** smh.
