Cannot get lawn treated. Paid inadvance. Cannot get anyone to return a phone call or answer emails. Are they going out of business? Is there anyone I xan talk to?TruGreen

I paid them to come aerate and seed my yard. They aerated and seeded half of my yard and I had to call them to make the guys come back. They used seed contaminated with weeds on my yard and refuse to give me my money back. I hired them because I have bare patches in my yard. They seeded and now I have patches covered in weeds. There are small plants now growing in my yard and its just covered in weeds. Flowering clover, dandelions, and some odd plants. They tried to tell me that since I didnt add weed care to my regimen, that theres nothing they can do and that they dont refund. I didnt need weed care in my yard until they seeded. So it seems like a ploy to get people to order more services. Terrible customer service. Ive had to argue with three separate people so far. Everyone of them granted me the refund and then two days later I get a new person emailing me telling me they wont give me a refund. Its just an absurd cycle. Theyre only solution is to come out and re-seed. Im sure its obvious why I wouldnt ever let them touch my yard again, not to mention its about the hottest part of the summer. Certainly not seeding time. Beyond frustrated with this outlandish company.TruGreen

TruGreen ********* is a waste of money.I do have cameras all around my yard.Unreliable service. When they would come to spray for weeds in my yard every month this is what I have been going through.They would either skip around my yard, or spray a little then leave, or come to my front door and say - I don't have any weed killer with me today and then leave or they would come to my front door and say - we have weed killer today but no backpack to spray it with then they would leave or they would come to my front door and say - I don't have any weed killer because I had to change trucks or they would come to my front door and say - I have weed killer today, can I borrow something from you to put it in to spray your weeds, or they would come do a little area just in the front yard and then leave, or they just wouldn't show up at all, which would happen all the time. It was one excuse after another for the longest time.That's probably why not one weed in my yard died. Also I have ***** spots all over my yard from them and they never came back to fix that as well. I was very patient with this company and got nothing in return.TruGreen

I went to what I considered a trusted name in weed control. I paid them $733.28 in advance in October 2021 which now I understand was a big mistake. This was to make sure they had time to "pretreat" in the spring of 2022. Now in July the yard is completely filled with multiple varieties of weeds, taking over and growing through the fence into my neighbor's yard. Our HOA will soon be notified, ending in fines. After multiple attempts to contact the so-called "customer Care' number, a technician came out yesterday. The app said that he was at my home. No technician to be seen. Then the app said the service was "completed". No technician to be seen. Fifteen minutes later a guy comes to my door and leaves a receipt as though it was completed. He then gets back in his truck. I came out and asked what was going to be done about the weeds. He stated "I don't care what your yard looks like. Have a nice day". He then got back in the truck and left without any service. I finally received a call from a manager that said that I "had not done my part and complained". Their system makes it all but impossible to speak to anyone, let alone get an emailed response. I then asked if she meant "So you're saying it was my fault if their treatments don't work and that if it was my fault if my yard is covered in weeds?" The corporate service manager then hung up on me! I am asking for resolution and a refund, never to do business with them again.TruGreen

I cancelled TruGreen lawn service in June 2022, because I no longer wanted to pay for their services. ***** services were not provided and often skipped. I notified TruGreen multple times requesting cancellatin of the service and to remove my credit card. I have been told every time that they did it. They have not the service continues to come and they **** my credit card without permission. They don't even leave a receipt so the only reason I know is because my credit card company sends me a notice staying it was charged by Trugreen. I want my credit care removed, the website and app will not let the account holder remove it, I want the service cancelled and I wanted refunded for any and all charges that I did not request. This is a terrible company and they do not follow through or respond to requests. If I could leave no rating I would.TruGreen

I signed up for for a year of complete lawn, tree and shrub, and mosquito service at a price of $2007.56. Days later I learned I would be getting a drastic pay cut l. At that time, no services had been been performed. I spoke with *** on 5/16/22 to cancel my services and receive a full refund. She negotiated a new price of $1206, which I agreed to, with a refund of $801.56 for the difference. So far, after MULTIPLE calls, I have received most, but not all of the refund. I have received refunds in the amounts of $257, $199.99, $34.18, and $126.02 for a total of $617.19 and a remainder owed to me of $184.37. There was another refund for $11.32 issued which is not associated with this particular complaint, but because my services were all pre-paid and there was no reason they could find for the random charge(which the charge and refund both occurred in June 2022). It has been over 2 months now and yet, there is no resolve. I keep hearing I will be hearing from the *** but that first promised on 7/14/22 and though Ive received several calls since, none were from the ** to resolve this and none of the calls have resulted in the remainder of my refund. It this point, I am quite disgusted and have wasted in incredible amount of time trying to resolve this. Im tired of the excuses, and so very tired of waiting on the remaining $184.37 of my refund. The only resolve to this matter will be the remainder of the refund owed to me.TruGreen

Again, Im waiting for service from Trugreen lawn service. I paid in advance for a whole year of service. I wish I could get some service. I have weeds. Through out my lawn.They sell weed services. All they have to do is spray weed kill on my lawn. Here it is almost August 2022 and I have lots of weeds.I called and called to correct the problem and they promise someone will be out to correct the problem. They withdrew the corrective service in April.They dont give refunds. They just promise corrective service, then withdraw it.Im to contact corporate office but they dont make it easy. Lack of transparency. When signing up, I asked for seeding. When they never came, they said they dont seed in the ********* old and handicapped. I rely on others to do certain jobs.I guess all I can ask for is publicly expose Trugreens incompetence and lack of truthiness.TruGreen

TruGreen continues to provide horrible service. They will **** me for treating my lawn without providing the service. I call their customer service number after each incident to complain but its all to no avail, billing me without treating my lawn continues to happen.TruGreen

The customer stated that after reviewing footage, they did see the technician treat the property. We discuss how the applications change through out the year. 2nd application killed some of my bushes, fertilizer was more than 7 feet onto my patio. Called, was told someone would come out, never did. Called twice to say the were coming for 3rd application and kept canceling. My lawn has never looked so bad . Told them not to come anymore! Worst company I have ever had to deal with.TruGreen
