      They didn’t have a note on the door about needing a key to unlock the bathroom door and the manager was very rude and demanding that I leave the business and I told them I would be back

      No stars the dollar general on butternut in Abilene. Prices are never right and they don't do anything to make it better also bought a heater it didn't work had it 2 days wanted to get one that worked and they wouldn't exchange and were so rude I'll give my money to family dollar from now on

      My local D.G, 37221, refused to return the items with my receipt for a job. They gave an untrue reason. But, no help from corporate! I get why their stocks have plummeted! No ability to speak with anyone that supposedly cares. Cheats.

      I have never been so disgusted by a dollar general the way my family and I have been mistreated by dollar general in Lagrange nc on promise land rd. This latest incident had my six year old daughter crying. Be harassed and threatened by employee. Nothing done about the total disrespect and my husband and I get banned from the store and we are the victims. The disrespectful employees get no consequences and still have a job. What happened to stores caring about there customer's this is not right I have never experienced such terrible treatment at a store in my life!

      On November 24, 2024 The manager Alicia C****, verbally assaulted me in front of several customers, & essentially following me outside to my vehicle screaming insults & trying to provoke me in to an altercation by saying "come on." This is unacceptable by an employee & especially the manger who's position is to be cordial & polite.

      I tried contacting Rick and Tracy about their store manager Melissa J****. They never replied to me. I also tried contacting the CEO and he never replied back either. However, Rick, most told her about it because she messaged later saying that Rick told her, Tracy said not to worry about it and that they would sweep it under the rug. Here is what happened that I need them to do something about. Melissa J**** asked for my number and I thought we were going to talk as friends and while on the clock started sending me nude photos behind the counter. The store is in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. The zip code is 24219 and the Dollar General store number is 00014.

      I'm a African American travel nurse in Barre, Vermont. She went to Dollar General there, where she experience the weirdest, unprofessional and racist business manners from the store clerk(s)( Dawn ) on Sat 16th. I ask her politely do they have trash disposal. She replied no, they do not. I was at the counter to get ringed out, the store clerk refuse my purchased, push the items over the counter and said that I was banned from the store. This type of behavior was not called for and very unprofessional!!

      I have never in my life been mistreated so poorly before at any store except for the local store in Columbia, SC on Longtown Rd. The Store Manager, Melissa, has been racially profiling me every time I enter the store. She refuses to help me get items off the sky shelf as I am shopping. She has kicked me out of her store just to remove items so I can’t purchase them. I have called customer service several times now and complained about how rude she is to me and refuses to help me. I have videos of her screaming at me for no reason and threatening to kick me out because I ask for help and she won’t help me. I have spoken with a district manager and explained every thing that has happened and he assured me that he would handle the situation and apologized to me for her behavior and told me that I was allowed to continue to shop at their store. Today as I was shopping the store and looking for items she came up to and told me that she is refusing to serve me and that I am to leave her store now. At first I didn’t realize she was talking to me. I said excuse me? And she said you heard me I told you to get out of my store now! When I left I immediately contacted the District Manager, which didn’t respond to me. I called customer service and they said I would hear back with in 24 hours. This is the 4th time I have had to call customer service about her poor attitude and rudeness towards me. I have never broken anything, stole anything or even giving her a reason to treat me the way she treats me. She is harassing me and it’s taking an emotional toll on me. I sat in my car and cried over this situation. I have never cussed at her, said anything mean to her and/or done anything for her to treat me like she has.

      1405 Hephzibah-mcbean rd Hephzibah, Ga 30815 has the rudest most unprofessional manager I’ve ever seen in my life. The employees all seem wonderful, but I’ve witness her talk to employees and customers like dogs. Her name is Tiffany. Apparently her boss Richard doesn’t take customer complaints seriously.

      Coupons/Deal advertised: listed on the products, in the store, and NO expiration date! If you advertise this discount on the product; Then THE SALE should be honored! All I got from the employee is sarcasm. Didn't help me understand why it's not available. Suggestions: Your employee stand around not doing anything. Shouldn't they remove ANY sales not listed on your app. Frustrating and Disappointing. Especially when eating the product helps settle my stomach for my severe health issues. Does anyone care about that anymore? I have the picture of the sale next to the product you didn't honor.
