    Today is January 15th, 2025.Their 'operating customer service time' is supposedly between 8am-5pm (CENTRAL TIME.)Since almost 8:30 am, I have been calling them and trying to get ahold of them due to 'banking' issues. I want to make sure my payment has gone through, so I am not late and being forced to pay extra on said payment.Since 8:30am this morning (it will more than likely be around 9:25am when I finish this review, and they have disconnected my call over 20+/- times so far. I would not care if this was not an emergency to work out payment (which will lead to me paying MORE if they do not get it, btw.) Each time I called, I was immediately greeted with the 'call ended' tone. You know the one where someone hangs up on you or loses services? Now, I'm not a genius, but there is no way a landline can lose service over 20+/- times.There is NO voicemail for me to leave a voice message for them to get back to me. I emailed them and was automatically greeted with a generic, automaticed greeting telling me the office times, the contact number and email, and that a customer representative will be with me within '24 hours.' I do not have 24 hours!It would have made me feel better if there was a voicemail that I could leave, knowing they'd get back to me ASAP. But getting the 'call ended' tone over 20+ times? No, that's them purposely either not wanting to deal with clients or just not wanting to do their jobs to begin with!I will NOT be paying a security deposit, late fees, or anything else they try to force on me. I AM doing my part as the client, they are NOT doing theirs as a business.

    Every negative review on here is true. They charge $10 for taking automated payments made on time. Your payment is split, 60% goes towards payment and the other is 40% rental fee. Of course, they do not tell you this. A shed that costs $3k ends up costing $6k. Scammers that lie 24/7. Worst customer service ever. Well, I am not paying $6k for a shed that they quoted as $3k. So, good luck finding it once I pay the $3k.

    When you make an online payment they add an additional ***** The only time they dont is to mail a check who does that So even if on time and make your payment they still charge an additional ***** Robbery

    Scum of the earth!!! Liars cheats and basically a bunch of thieves...bad business model because they are crooked and they will lie to you. Watch out for these bas tards. Like a venomous snake!! Never again will I deal with such crooks.!!!

    If I could give this business a negative star I would!! Paid faithfully on my shed for the last two years over $6000 worth never missed a payment and needed a two day extension, think I got ?? Heck NO!! What I got was them saying we will take the shed or charge you a security deposit of $2000!! For a SHED!! That has always been paid for every month!! The customer service is horrible and if you want to speak with a manager they tell you they will email him which takes up to 48hrs before they will call back.. management must be too busy spending everyones money to be in the office with the horrible employees that answer the phones.. DO NOT GET ANYTHING THAT HAS SOUTHERN LEASE MANAGEMENT ON THE CONTRACT!! EVER!!!!

    I agree with all the complaints and more!! I was unemployed for two months and only owed one more payment of $58 now they threatening repossession. My daughter is an attorney, after she got over her anger from my keeping the bill to myself, she called them to tell how rudely I had been treated. They hung up on her as well. She was going to pay. They never should have done that, Shes going to social media, and tv. We have a friend whos an anchor in another city and shes looking into it as we speak. Nasty Nasty individuals, They apparently start orientation for their employees with a script on how to be rude and obnoxious!! Theres probably a bonus for the person who does the most hang *** for the month.

    Horrible experience. Only a fraction of your monthly "rent" is applied to the principal of the structure. This is not rent to own. It is rent while you pay on the building. Also, when you pay online regardless of the amount they charge a $10 convenience fee. This is not a legitimate financing organization. If you need financing go to your local credit union. your fees beyond the cost of the structure could be a 100% increase.

    This company does not know the meaning of customer service! My mother made a payment by phone and she was charged a $10 convenience fee to make the payment and only $2.01 posted for a $207.16 payment. Then they charged her a $10 late fee because the full payment wasnt made. She called and asked them to waive the $10 convenience fee since the full payment was not applied to her account. She was told no because it was her error for not key the dollars and cents. So she calls back and speaks with ********* about waiving her late fee. ********* starts out very receptive and helpful in the beginning. She even gets her supervisor to agree to waive the late fee. Then she rudely tells my mother that if it happens again the fee will not be waived due to her error. Then my mother asked her if she has ever considered the fact that their automated system would be flawed because it doesnt make sense for her to only key in 201 when the payment is $207.16. She believes that she would have at least keyed in 207. ********* never tried to understand what she was asking, she started talking over her, and she said that she was going to tell her supervisor not to waive the late fee. Then she hung up on my mother without ever trying to understand her question. That nasty attitude just lost them a loyal customer because my parents are paying the account in full and we are not telling everyone never to deal with this company because they dont know the meaning of customer service. ********* should never be allowed to work in customer service. **************** involves listening to what the customer has to say. It may not change the outcome, but you can disagree without being disagreeable.

    This is a horrible place to do business with. They are just a bunch of scammers, less than half of my payments go towards the building! Now they trying to say I missed a payment, I did not . *** asked for a statement showing everything *** paid , Ive gotten nothing. The $10 few to make payment online is ridiculous! I wish I never went there ! No stars

    No Stars!This buisness is a Scam buisness. They are scamming the customers. I paid $6000 plus thousand on my storage area. I am behind a month payment. So what the owner of the buisness has down is added on a bunch of charges and fees, making it impossible for me to catch up. And now they want to repossess the storage area after making over $6000 payments on the unit. Please do not purchase anything from this company. The owner is money hungry and scamming the customers. Your Star Cleaner ***************************** owner of S&B ******** Services in ****** *******.And I advertised a commercial for there buisness.
