  I purchased a shed on October 18th 2023 I was told I would not have a payment until Dec 18th ...so I paid the $280. I was told would be my monthly payment on December 2cd. On December 10th I get a bill in the mail stating I owe $890.0 ?? So for 2 months they are charging me $1150.00 crooks

  This company has told us we have been behind, we paid, just to have them tell us the we owe the exact same amount again, or they are going to repo our shed. They sent us confirmation via email showing the payment and everything. We have had nothing but trouble from these crooks from day 1.

  Purchased a building last October have made payments yet consistently are being told the building is up for repo. And that we still owe the original amount despite having proof payments were made. They make less than minimal effort to contact you or send statements and when making a payment online previous statement balances are unavailable. We were late 1 payment and now they are saying we are 5 behind despite screenshots of our payment confirmations. This company is taking advantage of it's customers and using completely unethical and I wonder if not illegal business tactics. $10 to make a payment any way that is not sent via check and then sending a check it sits in their mailbox or so they claim until it is past due and then try to charge you more. After a year of making payments there is no way I can owe more than the original amount. I understand interest however there have been times I have made 5 payments in one month and the balance never changes! I sincerely hope someone sees this and can do something about this company stealing peoples money.

  These people promise that they will report that you have paid for your bill in full to the credit bureaus to help boost your credit but they are lying to you. If you don't pay they will report you but not if it is going to help you. Plus they will willingly give your account information to anyone who asks for it. I specifically asked them to not discuss my account with anyone but they did it anyway and even allowed someone to try and get my shed by paying the last payment. I don't recommend this lying scamming company to anyone.

  this place is a joke i have to pay them extra money to pay my bill and when i am late i call them and tell them im going to be late and all i hear is this well you are on the repo list for tomorrow and we cant stop it unless you pay us in full what a joke if i call you and explain whats going on you can call the repo guys and stop the repo

  This company has horrific business practices. Its been only 2 months and I have had nothing but bad experiences. $10 to make a payment online. They have not mailed me 1 piece of mail with so called payment coupons ect. They said my contract needed to be redone. Now my payment is almost $30 more than we signed. Nobody can give any answers. I wish I had read these reviews before I put myself with this company. Something needs to be done about them. This is why they are doing this .

  Customers are offered other ways to pay their account without accruing any fees. Customer can mail their payment via **** in the self-address envelope which is provided to the customer along with their monthly billing statement or ACH draft.While the company mails out monthly statements via ****, SLMG also sends out a courtesy text welcoming the customer and another with a monthly payment reminder incase the **** fails to deliver statements in a timely manner. Company contact information, address for payments, amount due and due date can also be found on the first page of the customer's contract.If any contract changes are requested they are made at the initial point of sale aka the dealership and not thru SLMG as the company only receives a contract once it has been approved.

  Don't do business with these people. After paying off my shed in 2 months.... and they took 2 days to cash my check... months later and I still haven't gotten my deposit back and was informed that it still may be months before I do!!!!! Bad business practices!!!
