    I've been paying on a shed for over 2 years and still owe the same amount! Finaly have the money to pay it off in full and there mailbox has been full for a week or so! Totally rediculous I'm sure they have to have several employees taking phone calls but I only get sent to one line and the mailbox is full!!!! I'm hoping this complaint gets sent to them and they contact me!

    DO NOT purchase from this company they DO NOT honor the signed contract Purchased shed in 10/04.2022. Sign contract stated that if paid within 3 months of delivery date would receive deposit within 45 days of payment. I have called the company 4 times requesting to speak with a mgr on different dates and same message from representative you will receive a call within ***** hrs of which never happened. I honored my end of contract I expect Southern lease mgr to do the same. Dont ***** you are behind and have a lot of refunds to process this is inexcusable ????
