      Ryan W. Inspected our roof and was professional, easy to talk with and honest. He gave us a very clear assessment and in the end, we did not need a replacement.
      He made no effort to sell us on anything but was just straight forward. I enjoyed meeting him and his honesty was very refreshing. I highly recommend him.

      The Best Choice Roofing Williamsburg Branch was very helpful with my insurance claim for my damaged roof and meeting with my insurance adjustors. They were very helpful in getting my claim approved by the insurance company. Jack, the salesman was very informative and gave me clear information about the contract and materials needed for my new roof. Jon, the manager was so helpful,caring and made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. Great customer service.. The crew was very professional and the job was done in one day. I am very pleased with my new roof also so glad that I chose BCR. I will recommend BCR Williamsburg Branch to others needing a new roof. THANKS!!!

      Fantastic job from start to finish! Cleaned up well after the job was done. The contractor explained every step of the way and now we have a brand new roof paid for by my insurance and saved us a lot of money!

      I was living out of state at the time I wanted my roof replaced on the house in NC. I touched base with Cody F*******, from Best Choice Roofing, he took my address, went out assessed my roof, gave me an estimate, which was great compared to previous estimates I had obtained from other companies. All paperwork went smooth. Mr. F******* was very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. My roof was replaced while I was here in NC. The workers who did my roof were very professional, did a great job cleaning up. My roof looks beautiful. I rate Best Choice Roofing at an A+ and definitely would recommended their services to anyone in need of care to their roof. Thank you Mr. F*******, thank you Tonya, thank you Best Choice Roofing

      Went through Michael s. Through the salem branch, and he made the entire situation so much more comfortable and stress free. He answered ever question I had and any concerns over the process. I will never use any other person or any other business in the future, and I will always recommend him and the business to everyone I know.

      Great experience from sales agreement Josh to job completion. Workmen showed up on time and worked until the job was completed with no goofing around or loud radios etc. We were very satisfied with clean up too!

      So far, Alex from the Greenville NC branch has made the process of replacing my roof seamless. From dealing with insurance to promptly returning calls, everything has been professional. Would certainly recommend to others in the area.

      I contacted the Chesapeake office for a quote for a full roof replacement due to storm damage. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The GM Charles R***** took his time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions. The work was done swiftly. The workmen did a great job including cleaning up the yard after completion. Overall I am very pleased with the work, professionalism, and quality. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Special thanks again to the GM for aiding in the shingle color selection. I wasn’t sure what would look good with my house color but his suggestion was beautiful.

      Best Choice Roofing was a God send at just the right time. Mr. Corey H*** and his staff walked with us every step of the way from evaluation of our roof, working with our insurance, and setting up the install. They answered any and all questions I had and always got back to us in a timely fashion!
