      The most polite and professional rep, Josh B**********, knocked on my door last fall, offered to inspect my roof, found hail damage, and set up the insurance claim and inspection right then and there. He has been great with followup, and I just received my roof shingles today, ready for installation. I am highly impressed with the Josh and Cindy's customer service skills, and I look forward to a beautiful new roof!

      We had Best Choice Roofing out of Rock Hill SC to inspect our roof. During inspection, we were notified of Haile damage. Fox was the inspector and took us through the process of getting our roof replaced through our insurance. He did the leg work and kept us informed. He was willing to answer all the questions we asked him and was very dependable when he said he would do something. Our roof was replaced and looks great.

      I would like to thank Best Choice roofing for their help with my roof replacement. From the initial salesman Lawrence B***** to the men and women who did the roofing all were so helpful. They came to the house and let me know what was to happen and how long it would take them. They cleaned the yard of all debris and left the yard in better shape than when they started. This was an easy experience and would recommend this company to anyone needing their roof replaced. A very professional company.

      Loved getting a new roof. My sales person, Curtis, explained how the process was supposed to work at the initial meeting. Everything worked out just like he said. I couldn't be more pleased with my new roof. Thanks BCR!

      Working with Best Choice Roofing in Phoenix, Arizona has been wonderful. They installed my roof in a timely manner and anytime I had any questions or concerns about the process leading up to my install they were sure to answer them for me. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the GM Otto J****** who assured me that I was in the best of hands. It was truly a pleasure working with this office!

      I was approached by best choice roofing after a storm and Ryan helped me get my entire roof replacement paid for by my insurance company. They did an excellent job with the best materials and pleasant and clean workers. I 100 percent recommend this company.

      I worked with Otto at your Phoenix, Arizona location and he was awesome! He answered all my questions and made dealing with my difficult insurance company very easy. I had 3 different companies reach out to me and I went with Best Choice Roofing because he was the only one who communicated with me thoroughly and didn’t treat me like another sale. He genuinely cared and it showed. The roofing crew who put my roof on were also great and they worked quickly and neatly! Awesome company!

      Some hail had hit my house and a I started getting leaks. I had called Oscar from a card he left and he was very helpful throughout the insurance claims process and even taught me some things for future reference. I will definitely be recommending Oscar to my friends and family!
